About this project
"Pathological" is a suspenseful noir style short film that we are excited to make!! Our current crew is ready to donate their time and money. We plan on going forward with the project regardless of this campaign. However, every $1 raised will go directly into the production. Besides, the downloadable file is one heck of a deal!
In 2013, filmmaker Dan Ross produced a book trailer video for Vincent's "Moonlight Falls". The trailer won second place in an Amazon Studios contest. Dan was eager to continue their collaboration and instantly fell in love with Vincent's "Pathological".
"The story for Pathological came to me within days after my second divorce. My then wife's father had always been convinced that, as a sometimes broke writer, I just wanted to marry his daughter for her money and security." ~ Vincent Zandri, Author.

Vincent is working closely with our production team to make the screenplay a perfect fit for video production. The next goal is to attract a high-quality cast. We have to fill the spots of 3 main roles, a few supporting roles and extras.
The crew has agreed to donate their time and equipment for this film. With the Kickstarter campaign, we hope to recruit a premium cast, feed our cast and crew, pay for music license and props.

Risks and challenges
There are many risks and challenges in making a movie from a previously written short story, specifically a noir genre. Our PATHOLOGICAL crew is planning ahead to address all locations & lighting challenges. The author, Vince Zandri, is working closely with our production team to make the screenplay perfect to fit into a video production. We hope to please all of Vince’s fans while making a unique and quality production.
