Retail Option and a Flight of Bitters
Tell ya wife. Tell ya kids. And tell ya husband, 'cause we making er'rethang bitter out heah.
I had a few friends and loved ones over the other night, and we tried a flight of bitters in soda. Among the contenders were Pechaud's, Angostura, Fee Brothers (aromatic and mint) and two previous incarnations of Hella Bitter. In fact, in this tasting, we finished the first bottle of bitters I ever made!
The consensus was that Hella Bitter was a real contender in this mix, offering a slightly subtler, but more complex flavor profile than many of the others. It also got points for lacking food coloring, which was obviously present in some of the others.
I'm not trying to put those other fine products down. I just want to make the case that Hella Bitter is a great addition your arsenal if you like bitters!
NOTE FOR RETAILERS and FRIENDS OF RETAILERS
Due to some perceived interest around the neighborhood, I've decided to add a wholesale option for large orders of bitters. If you own a kitchen supply store or a liquor store, or know someone who does, and you want to get in on the first big batch of Hella Bitter, kick in at this new level!
