How do you find hope in a cursed world? After awakening to discover the weight of the Helm on your shoulders, you must discover the truth behind it; if you want it removed. Unsure of where to go next, you roam through various rooms in a seemingly endless maze looking for a way to overcome its burden.
The Onus Helm is a randomly generated action adventure game with Rogue-like elements. Discover your own adventure in this dungeon crawler as you unravel the mystery behind the Helm and the condition of the world. Find weapons, discover secret areas, and gain new abilities to fight off mysterious creatures in order to remove the Helm and find hope for the world.

The Onus Helm will have a wide variety of challenging multi phased bosses. If you can make it through each floor you will encounter one many bosses.
Fight through each randomly generated floor. Find loot, meet the residents of the world and find secret paths to things unknown.
Right now we are using the amazing music from https://incompetech.com. Below are some examples. We plan to have custom music created as well.

The Onus Helm's first release will be for Windows through STEAM. More platforms will be added as resources allow.
Risks and challenges
