Hellingly Hill - Part 1
In November 1956, a disturbing phone call was made to local police from a psychiatric hospital in a remote area of Sussex, England. Though it was apparent that something terrible had happened, the call was disconnected before its origin could be traced.
Days later, the bodies of six staff and eight patients were found inside a large manor house that lay within the grounds of the hospital.
The ninth patient, an eight year old girl, was never found.
Three years later, Eric Coleman, an ambitious young journalist finds himself drawn to Hellingly Hill and the mystery that surrounds it.
But sometimes the truth is better left undisturbed.
We are a small indie game development team from the UK. We're a passionate group of gamers and are fully committed to developing Hellingly Hill to be a game that we would love to play ourselves . We plan to release the game with or without the support of crowdfunding. However, achieving our Kickstarter funding goals will massively improve the game and allow us to take it to a place we couldn't on our own. We're a very small team and so your help in funding this project will ultimately help us to achieve the game we want to make, for you the players.
The game is planned to be released on Windows, Linux & Mac using the Unity 2019 engine with Vulkan API.
A Concept Demo is currently available on GameJolt. This Demo is conceptual and is not representative of the final game. Further versions of the demo may be released as development continues to progress. You can stay up to date with all of the latest information and development news by following our campaign and social media accounts.
Depending on the success of our campaign, if enough funding is raised, we plan to bring Hellingly Hill to both the Playstaion and Xbox platforms.
