Delay

I was supposed to ship the electronic kits by the end of November but I had a problem with the LEDs I ordered. The company sent me a different model that was not compatible with my circuit.

I ordered a new batch but it took a month to get here from China. I received the new LEDs last month. I had to reprogram the microcontrollers because of a small change in the LEDs protocol but at the end everything works just fine and I will soon be ready to ship all kits.

Surveys and Schedule

Electronic Kits: I have received all survey responses for the electronic kits, thank you. Because of the delay with the LEDs shipping I will send the Electronic Kits along with the Full kits at the beginning of January.

Full Kits:  The delay in receiving the new LEDs have a smaller impact on the full kits shipping date. Today I will send the surveys to all the backers for the full kit reward and will ship at the beginning of January.

Assembled Clocks: After catching up with the shipping of the kits I will be able to start shipping the assembled clocks. The delay receiving the LEDs should not have any impact on the shipping date of the assembled clocks. You will receive the survey for the assembled clocks somewhere at the end of January as planned.
