      Anyone who's interested, I have two brand new Azure Blue units that I'm interested in selling.

      One in unopened box and second in opened box (to check it out). Awesome product!

      Nothing wrong with them or the product. Very happy with the quality and design. Just don't have a need for the intended utilization.

      For anyone else who haven't received your reward it is either because we haven't received you survey, address confirmation or we had a problem shipping it. The shipping problem is only for international as USPS lost a painfully large number of shipments. If it is a US address then it most likely is missing survey/confirmation, please search you email and you might still find our email with the personalized link in it from last year.

      Finally got it.
      Overall I believe it's worth the price I've paid. It is well made but could be improved.
      If I would have opportunity to remake it, I'll do the followings:

      ・Store the battery pack to where it can be locked.(inside maybe?)
      ・Make the tray little more stylish
      ・built in GPS tracking
      ・Have another larger size for longer travelers
      ・Make the Handle that doesn't lock in place without pushing on the button

      I backed this project long ago, got mine also for a while but I could only use it until now as my business travel season was over when I got it.

      Overall it looks slick and sharp as anticipated. The swirl handle is mixed - it's hard to pull up or push down, and hard to twist around - but once it's in position it's nice to handle.

      I don't use the tray as one of the backers called out, hard to pull out fold out and hard to put it back.

      For short trip like 2- day 1- night I think it's good, don't mind just two wheels. But the compartment is small - I put in my shirt my suit and pants, a few small items and the bag is already filled. For a 3, 4-day trip I would need to go back to my Samsonite.

      Overall, it's ok but not worth to wait for so long.

      I thought the Barracuda has already been shipped? I'm still waiting for my 2 pieces and the order state just says pending. Is there a problem with customs duty in Germany or something else? Some information would be appreciated.

      I have still not received my Barracuda collapsible luggage. The shipping link shows that it was delivered to me 2 months ago, but it's not.
      The shipping link doesn't have any contact information, and says to contact the sender first. I have asked at the local post office and they don't know anything about it. I have received other shipments during these few months, but not the barracuda.

      Those are supposed to be delivered to my sister's house and I just asked yesterday once more if the last one was delievered. But she said no, it's not yet.

      @Igor, @Vladimir Yelnikov, having some challenges shipping to Kazakhstan and Ukraine we are working on finding alternate carriers. Sent you both a message.

      @Alexey Bogoiavlenskiy, the status of your tracking says, "Your item has arrived at the delivering post office in RUSSIAN FEDERATION at 4:22 am on December 22, 2016." Please check with your local post office.

      @Konstantin Livanov, we are working on switching out international carrier for Israel, it is talking a longer then expected. Hoping it will happen this week.
