I have only used Barracuda during my move and I noticed the wheels are awkward when pulling and the handle like Benjamin mentioned keeps getting stuck and the rotating element of the handle is really hard to use and hurts your hand when it locks.
Not satisfied with it at all. I would like a refund!
After one weekend trip to my barracuda is totalled. This is the most poorly designed bag that I've ever seen. The cup tray is floppy and useless. More importantly, the zipper does not stay sealed and the handle keeps getting jammed on something internal and will not open and shut properly.
I would like a refund for this bag it is preposterous to sell something like this.

@Eric Liu, we haven't been able to ship because we haven't response to the survey we sent you a couple of times. I see you only reached out to our customer support (the details of which is in our comment right below and in many of our updates) only yesterday late night and we have responded to you with the link to the survey an hour ago. Please work with our customer support to help us ship your rewards.
This is getting ridiculous, it is April 11, 2017, no updates or follow up from you guys, it is looks more like scam than an actual company. I hope you enjoy all the money you racked up.

Hi Barracuda - how do I contact you re the zipper going at the bottom of my case? I've had it only a few months and it needs to be replaced. Please advise ASAP.
UPDATE: In the interest of giving the luggage a fair shake, I've used it three or four times in the last few months.
Today, while packing for my latest trip, I noticed the top left edge, above the zipper, was ripped.
All my trips have been domestic, cross country once or twice. I've checked the bag more if then than not. I don't overpack the bag (the bag closes easily and remains flat).
Yet after just a few trips, the bag is damaged.
I've had cheaper bags last longer and go through much rougher travel.
Anyone who's interested, I have two brand new Azure Blue units that I'm interested in selling.
One in unopened box and second in opened box (to check it out). Awesome product!
Nothing wrong with them or the product. Very happy with the quality and design. Just don't have a need for the intended utilization.

Finally got it.
Overall I believe it's worth the price I've paid. It is well made but could be improved.
If I would have opportunity to remake it, I'll do the followings:
・Store the battery pack to where it can be locked.(inside maybe?)
・Make the tray little more stylish
・built in GPS tracking
・Have another larger size for longer travelers
・Make the Handle that doesn't lock in place without pushing on the button

I backed this project long ago, got mine also for a while but I could only use it until now as my business travel season was over when I got it.
Overall it looks slick and sharp as anticipated. The swirl handle is mixed - it's hard to pull up or push down, and hard to twist around - but once it's in position it's nice to handle.
I don't use the tray as one of the backers called out, hard to pull out fold out and hard to put it back.
For short trip like 2- day 1- night I think it's good, don't mind just two wheels. But the compartment is small - I put in my shirt my suit and pants, a few small items and the bag is already filled. For a 3, 4-day trip I would need to go back to my Samsonite.
Overall, it's ok but not worth to wait for so long.

I have still not received my Barracuda collapsible luggage. The shipping link shows that it was delivered to me 2 months ago, but it's not.
The shipping link doesn't have any contact information, and says to contact the sender first. I have asked at the local post office and they don't know anything about it. I have received other shipments during these few months, but not the barracuda.

@Alexey Bogoiavlenskiy, the status of your tracking says, "Your item has arrived at the delivering post office in RUSSIAN FEDERATION at 4:22 am on December 22, 2016." Please check with your local post office.
