And to all of you out there who are helping to spread the word! We would not be at where we are without you!

We are going to use Ida-s farm to show you how farming works at the moment in the game. As with pretty much everything, what you see is in alpha state. There will be magical plants that require a special environment, special fertilizer, and even special light!

I can imagine it would be a pain to have a large garden if it takes a lot of time to maintain it, unless it's fairly cheap to hire an npc to do the work for you.

Is there a difference in grow time of different crops?
Will there be a 'harvest all ripe crops' feature? Or something like 'water all' ?

Yep, your crops will rot, but really slowly!

    4. Aglarele on July 23, 2013

Will crops rot if you don't harvest them in time because you lost track of time in a dungeon?

We don't know about trees yet, but maybe you will be able to plant them ;)

Thanks for the nod, nice update yet again :)

i like this idea very much will we also be able to plant trees as well, like coco nut, apple, or how about a vine yard :D Or FLOWERS :D

Exactly! Work a little on your farm and then go on an adventure! :)

Very nice. So as far as watering plants, will that only speed up growth, or will manually watering plants be required to get them to grow? I'm wondering if its the type of thing where I can do some work on my home, plant the fields, then be off for a few hours to do quests, dungeons, etc, and return home later to find the fields waiting to be harvested, providing me some of the resources, food, etc. I'll use for my next expedition. "Plant and forget" so to say :)
