In addition to our online store, Baking Steels are now available for purchase at more than 100 Sur La Table locations nationwide! Another major retailer is gearing up to offer our product in early 2015. We have partnered with Modernist Cuisine-the inspiration behind the steel, to create an MC edition and hope to collaborate on future endeavors.
Also in 2015, we will be launching our newest addition, The Baking Steel Griddle. Kenji Alt Lopez, of Serious Eats, did a review earlier this year and loved it! As we get closer to the launch, I will share more details so you can get in on it early.
About a month ago, we opened our new Baking Steel Test Kitchen. This fall, we will be offering pizza classes at our cozy Cohasset facility. If any of you are interested in brushing up on your skills or enjoying a fun night out, please take a peek here Classes
