Hello Baking Steel Kickstarter Friends!

We hope you are all well and enjoying lots of delicious, home pizza.

We wanted to reach out today to let you know what we’ve been cooking up in the Test Kitchen. We are back on Kickstarter, offering our 72-hr dough for delivery to your doorstep! All of the mouth-watering pizzas we create for Instagram, are made using our 72-hour dough recipe. Now you can make the same pizza at home, with our dough delivery service!

We are so excited about this new venture! It would be amazing if you could help to spread the word about our campaign. Check out our latest Kickstarter campaign here:

Baking Steel update from Andris

Hello Baking Steel Backers! I am forever grateful for your support and the "ride" you inspired a little more than 2 years ago. It’s been over a year since our last update, so I thought now would be a good time to share some exciting news.

In addition to our online store, Baking Steels are now available for purchase at more than 100 Sur La Table locations nationwide! Another major retailer is gearing up to offer our product in early 2015. We have partnered with Modernist Cuisine-the inspiration behind the steel, to create an MC edition and hope to collaborate on future endeavors.

Also in 2015, we will be launching our newest addition, The Baking Steel Griddle. Kenji Alt Lopez, of Serious Eats, did a review earlier this year and loved it! As we get closer to the launch, I will share more details so you can get in on it early.

About a month ago, we opened our new Baking Steel Test Kitchen. This fall, we will be offering pizza classes at our cozy Cohasset facility. If any of you are interested in brushing up on your skills or enjoying a fun night out, please take a peek here Classes

As always, if any of you ever have any questions on your steel or pizza/baking in general please reach out to me. Or if you just want to say hello.  I would love to hear back!

 Thank you,

Good morning to my favorite people!

I hope everyone is well.  We have started putting together a few instructional video's or how to's for our Baking Steel.  We would love to get your feedback! We would also like to ask if there is anything in particular you would be interested in us shooting.

Our latest video is how to make one of our favorite dough recipes!  Thank you to Kenji at Serious Eats for sharing it with us.  I hope you enjoy!

We would love to hear back from you!

Thank you,
