So what I have created with the Rod Rig is a simple and efficient way to transport fishing poles.  I made the wood prototype from the photo and used it myself transporting my rods from my home to my fishing boat.  It is also very efficient if you are walking shorelines while fishing.  It can lay down, stand up, and at the end of the day can be hung on the wall.  It has a Velcro strap attached to the back for securing it to a boat or dock also.  The Rod Rig would also be great for professional fisherman hauling their poles from hotel to boat, and for organizing them on the boat.  My plan is to make them through plastic injection molding.  So the actual product will look much nicer,  will be waterproof and very lightweight.  The handle end fits in a hole and the tip end rests in a cushion of slit foam.  The molds to make the Rod Rig are very expensive, but hopefully with your help we can get this product produced and say goodbye to walking around with tangled poles forever!  There is really nothing else out there that is as efficient and has the multifunction the Rod Rig has.  Thanks for your support!!!!!!

Risks and challenges

I don't find risks really with this project. Its pretty straight forward once I get the molds produced to make the Rod Rig. I know from using the prototype that anyone who fishes will love it!
