The current plan is to publish the content in english. It is our biggest audience and also the canonical language for the technology world. We'd really love to make Awesome Shield available to more people so adding subtitles is something we would like to do in the future. If you would like Awesome Shield to be available in another language please leave a comment on the campaign to let us know.
It depends. We will make the explanations as easy to understand as possible. We tested Awesome Shield here in Berlin (Germany) and also at Maker Faire Rome (Italy) with non-native english speakers of all ages. In general the response has been good but of course it depends on the person. A lot of parents also had a great experience learning together with their kid. Learning to code is also a great opportunity to brush up your english skills. This will help open the door to a large english speaking community and resources available online.
