A prototype is a preliminary model of something. Projects that offer physical products need to show backers documentation of a working prototype. This gallery features photos, videos, and other visual documentation that will give backers a sense of what’s been accomplished so far and what’s left to do. Though the development process can vary for each project, these are the stages we typically see:
Proof of Concept
Explorations that test ideas and functionality.
Demonstrates the functionality of the final product, but looks different.
Looks like the final product, but is not functional.
Appearance and function match the final product, but is made with different manufacturing methods.

AutoLottoScratcheR has created a unique product for a very large untapped market … a lottery instant ticket scratcher implement that has received rapid customer/partner acceptance. We refer to it simply as the ‘pen’ . The Company continues to enhance the design and performance features of the pen. The targeted end user is a consumer who purchases the pen for his own enhanced instant ticket experience and/or buys a pen as a unique gift item. He knows the recipient will not have one … problem avoided. Now after four years of product development and feature improvement, the Company is poised to bring the pen to the mass market of billions of lottery customers worldwide.
It was June 2012 when I got my "Ahah" moment.
On the way home that
evening I stopped by a hardware store and picked up a battery operated
engraver pen to put my name on my dremel tool and some scratch-off lottery
tickets from my favorite local convenient store. So while using one of
the dremel tips to scratch off my ticket , I notice there was no messy
shaving on the table. So installed a bit into the battery operated
engraver and "wahlaa" the AutoLottoScratchR proto-type was made.
very next day I went to pick up my girlfriend at the nail salon, and
someone noticed me using it to scratch off the scratch off ticket and
bought it from me!
That's when I knew I had something huge,
but I didn't know how to get help bringing it to life.
A week later I ran into a guy named Cowboy, who worked collecting pallets from behind the global
manufacturer Axis Sourcing Group. After using the AutoLottoScratchR pen on
his lottery ticket, Cowboy was impressed and shared the company business
information with me - I called and left a message
Our main buyers are the customers, retailers, lotteries and c-stores who sell scratch-off tickets.

Go To Market Strategy
Our go-to-market strategy is supported by very large lottery operators and suppliers. Leveraging on only these very few distribution partners, we will initially have 375,000 locations selling our product. The carefully vetted contract manufacturer located in Hong Kong has the capacity to produce 100 million units per year.
Our teams objective is to be not only the first mover in this new product category, but, importantly, to dominate this extremely large business opportunity around the globe. A market capture strategy has been constructed focused on obtaining the very largest prospects well ahead of any potential competitor; at present there is no direct competition in this market. The most lucrative distribution partners will be accumulated predicated on a ‘top ten’ selling program. That targeted list is replenishable so our efforts are concentrated on very few, very large accounts that are the government agency lottery operators plus suppliers selling to lottery operators globally. This is a most efficient business development strategy to effect market dominance.
Risks and challenges
I have a great team at Axis Sourcing Group who has been doing R&D and manufacturing for 25 years. We are the only patented pending product like this in the world. We have trade marks in place and our product is in front of every country and c-store retailer in the US & and Asia
