Hey, anyone interested in parting with their Atoms? My kids are happy playing with them in the basic configuration with no app, and we just don't have enough. (Could particularly use more motors and light sensors. Have plenty of earthquake bricks!) Not willing to pay collector prices, but willing to pay more than zero. Let me know.
anyone an idea how else we can make use of the atoms set we bought? I was naive enough to believe they would come up with an android app. Based on that I had bought the atoms set as my ipad is 2nd generation and does not support bluetooth 4.0. Even if it would now, the app is no longer available.
Hi all, I just presented my (now old enough) kids with the Atoms set for xmas - only to learn that the company has folded and their (essential) App has been pulled from the App Store :-/ Is anyone wiser than I willing to share the App file (.ipa) so less smart people like me can try to get it to work? Thanks in advance & happy holidays :)

Hmm so Atoms is dead? I did not receive any (my pledge is "Magic Wand Set") and never got a response from them either.
Sorry to see them go - our kids really enjoy them. I better backup the IOS app just incase it disappears from the app store.
Just received an email... the gist: Atoms is dead. :( They are going to try to find a large distribution partner to fund a company reboot but... well... you know how that goes.

They sent an email today regarding the status of our undelivered upgrades. Long story short, they need another round of investments before they can deliver the missing items.
They list these reasons why they're in a tight financial position why they can't deliver on their promises. Long and winded. They new money just to fulfill their backlogs, mainly our undelivered pledges.
For me, they really have no one to blame but themselves. Had they stuck to their original goals of delivering the basic product and not go off in a thousand different directions at the same time (create this stretch goal, hold that workshop, hire many staffs, etc. etc.) they could kept their promises in time and on budget.
Their facebook update today says they will have an update for us by the end of the week. I'll believe it when I see it...
So they aren't responding to emails or messages anymore. The one number I've found goes directly to voicemail. At this point I'm going to assume that those of us who paid extra are going to end up with nothing to show for it.
I can just repeat Brennon's comment: What's the status on the extras? I've been told twice now that you expect something by a specified time. Twice now that time has come and gone. Once again, we spent a lot of money to help fund you. Where are our extra components?
+1 Brett, I do not see the extras I ordered in the final order that was shipped. Any updates on when those are going to be sent out?
This has been a bit disappointing. Tried to contact through multiple channels to no avail. I would really like to receive my extras I ordered at the start. It's more disappointing that you are selling to the general public before completing the kickstarter orders and the fact you are not responding to requests messages or emails.
Finally they responded and I've got my package. Atoms are really good. Guys, a little patience and you'll get yours

I have received mine (in France) just today, to give you guys hope ;-) The waiting was worth it. We are having a lot of fun with the kids playing it ! As everybody else (it seems) we haven't received the extra atoms we ordered, though. Maybe a later shipping ? Some communication would help here :-)

I have my sets, but really want all those extras I added on the help you reach your goal.
@ATOMS, you need to focus more effort on fulfilling the orders from your kickstarters. So far I've only received part of what I ordered, and from the looks of it others have received nothing at all. This is not a good way to engender good will or repeat customers.
Your not alone. I have not received anything either. I you like to email you info and I can include this with the complaint that I plan to file with the BBB at the end of the week.

hi all, just wondering. i was looking through the updates and #44 indicated we should have gotten it by end december.
I am based in Asia, has anyone not gotten theirs yet, or am I alone on this? I have heard nothing at all with regards to shipping so far
I was wondering if anybody else is having the same problem I having with the Seamless Toy Company. I read that they have shipped the product, but I have not received anything. I have sent numerous emails with no response. I even called the company and spoke with the office manager. She told me that she had no access to the status and that someone would get back to me within a day. It’s been almost two weeks and 3 or 4 phone calls to the company, but still no response. I plan to file a complaint with the BBB next week.
If anyone else is having the same problem, it might be a good idea to file the complaint as a group.

Just got mine today. Obviously you didn't even bother to communicate with us international backers before sending off the items. I had to pay FedEx $75 just to clear the package, which could have been avoided had you contacted us beforehand to confirm the best way to have them shipped without having to pay exorbitant fees. Imagine paying for import tax which has a higher value than the package that arrived.
Second, my total pledge was upgraded twice for a total of $138 to include both the Magic Wand set and Prankster set to my initial pledge for the Monster Construction set. The package only had the Monster set, where's the other two? Long time to wait for these items, but now am I now expected to pay again for the import tax of the missing two sets if you decide to send them to me later on? I emailed you twice about the upgrade to my pledge, to which you've replied, so I was confident that the sets I pledged for was clear. Obviously this is not the case.
How disappointed you would be if you were in my shoes?
Kid just opened Bunsen set to find everything except the atom blocks themselves. :/ Not a disaster, but I'm assuming you'll send those?

Just got mine today and WOW is all I can say, we'll not really but you've done an amazing job. I'm showing it to all my friends who have kids. I'm definitely hanging on to mine, it is a blast to play with!!!

Hi, anybody received any mail or form to specify which additional kits or atoms they pledged for? I did not, and getting worried. As an international backer, delivery errors as mentioned below will be expensive to fix...
I have yet to receive anything here in the US either. Have these all been shipped? If so how were they shipped and is there any chance of getting a tracking number.

I too had an increased pledge that covered the monster and wand kits as well as a few extra atoms. So far, I've just received the wand kit. I sent a request in and got a response that they were looking into what happened.
Hi! I upped my pledge to $108 in order to receive both the Monster and the Wand kit (and have a email from Michael about that). I received the Monster kit a couple of days ago, but did not receive the Wand kit. Are those still to be shipped? Thank you!
I've received part of my order. I got my Bunson kit and the earthquake atom stretch goal, but I didn't get the additional atoms I had ordered : ( I've filled out the contact form on myatoms.com, I'll let you know when I hear back.
