Wibe is an innovative backpack which can be used as a sport equipment for any kind of indoor or outdoor sport activities. Its innovation is in unique elastic straps which can be easily adopted according to your needs.
New way of performing push ups, which brings visible results much faster (please check bellow also other, modified exercises with Wibe backpack).
Components and materials which compose the whole Wibe backpack are coming from military, paragliding and car industry.

Backpack is considered as sport equipment - isn’t it? But if you think carefully you realize that the main purpose of a backpack was only to carry sport equipment. Until now.
From this day on we can say that we reinvented the backpack. Wibe backpack is intelligently designed to bring sport in your everyday life. Having Wibe backpack, your personalized trainer with you, will improve the quality of your sport activities and will help you to design yourself.
You can use it anywhere, whether you are hiking, running, cycling, rock climbing, kayaking, indoor or outdoor training or just walking.
Wibe backpack will never let you down. Wibe backpack is designed to improve you physical shape and as such, it can be also used as stand-alone workout equipment. It’s specific features allow you to enrich your workout anywhere and anytime you decide to take a moment to work on your muscle groups.
Our favourite feature of Wibe backpack is its versatility and innovative touches to its components.
Detailed description of Wibe backpack parts:
Push-up Exercise: A modified body weight exercise with Wibe for your chest and triceps. The starting position is facing down with weight distributed on the hands and feet. Lower your body until your chest nears the floor and then push back to the starting position. Now repeat this as many time as you can. While doing so don't forget to breathe in on the way down and breathe out as you come back up.
Working up on biceps - out there in the nature: Keep your torso tight and back straight.
Leg and Glute workout: Do you want your glutes to be firm and round? Just follow these rules with Wibe: start with 2 sets of 10 repetitions, but if you are more experienced, hold the end position for 10 seconds and do 2 sets of 10 to 15 repetitions.
Upper back workout: Pull your elbows back as far as you can. Squeeze your shoulder blades together at the point of peak contraction. Hold the end position for 2 seconds and slowly return (3 seconds) to the starting position. Do 5 sets of 10 repetitions.
Push-up Exercise: The starting position is facing down with weight distributed on the hands and feet. Lower your body until your chest nears the floor and then return up to the starting position. Now repeat this as many time as you can.
Shoulder and Core workout: Extend your hand above your head and do a mild twist in your torso. Breathe out whilst extending your arm and breathe in when you return to the starting position. Do 3 sets of 10-15 repetitions and don't forget to keep your core tight... You will definitely feel it.
Get your limited WIBEUP Licence (for fitness instructors and Crossfit trainers):
Since the whole Wibe team is totally into all kind of sport activities, we have developed together with Professors of Sport Educations, fitness instructors and CrossFit trainers over 150 exercises with Wibe. This trainings are split into three different levels and we will demonstrate them in Slovenia (home country of Wibe). After completing the course, you will receive official WibeUP licence which will enable you to educate and train further on.

Now, we are working with a number of Professors of Sport Educations, fitness instructors, CrossFit trainers and sport enthusiasts to develop special workout techniques to complement your other physical activities. This means that Wibe is also standalone workout equipment that easily subtitles many other workout devices at once.

Wibe is more than just a backpack and our campaign is more than just a campaign:
Smart stretchable straps: integrated sensors enable you to monitor your physical activity and your movements.
Wibe application: follow up and share your workouts, routes and results. Have a personal trainer always with you and monitor your progress with Wibe - design yourself trainer.
This is our first stretch goal that we will be able to develop and add to the final design after we reach a goal of $120,000. An array of integrated sensors and chips will be able to connect to your smartphone and Wibe backpack. Wibe application will track your fitness statistics and help you develop a better training regime.

Risks and challenges
Risks and challenges We currently don't expect any unplanned risks since all phases of our project have been thoroughly checked, tested and verified.
Our main challenge is moving from prototyping to the mass production scale which is the main goal of this campaign. Most of the other expenses have already been accounted for and fully covered by our own investments and savings but this last step is way too demanding to take on on our own.
