The mugs are large prints and will roughly take between 12 and 24 hours. The right settings can do a lot of difference, the free sample mug The Lion's Brew have been seen printed from 11½ hours to 28 hours.Last updated:
Print settings used were 2 walls/shells, 3 top and bottom layers, 12% infill and 0.2mm layer height. These are our prototype settings and make a decent mug.
Our suggested print settings for a good sturdy mug would be: 3 walls/shells, 4 top and bottom layers, 12% infill and 0.2mm layer height.
Doing only 2 walls depends a lot on your filament, we have also had comments that the infill can be slightly visible, especially if the filament is a little translucent, so we advice 3 walls.
For some mugs where an area is slanting (like the Bard's and the Paladin's base), 0.08 layer height were used in that specific area to give it a smoother surface.Last updated:

Fresh off the printer a mug will fit a 50cl can. Using the included inserts will make it possible to use the following can sizes as well: 25cl, 30cl 33cl, 37.5cl(14.9cl), 12oz, 12oz sleek, 16oz and 50cl.
If you scale up the mug with 10,625% it will instead be able to fit 23oz, 23.5oz and 25oz (73mm diameter cans.) This has only been tested properly with a 23oz and the top of the can will be around 2 cm visible. They were not specifically designed for these sizes, so we can't guarantee for the end result of these!Last updated:
No, we don't advice you to. The layer lines a 3D-printer makes can be hard to clean properly and cause bacteria to grow there.Last updated:
If that's the case there are still other options for you! Check the bottom of the page for alternate uses, like Tossware plastic cups or simply using the mugs as dice, pencil or brush holders.Last updated:
For each full amount of 40DKK, we will know you would like to choose an additional design, totalling the pledged amount. (i.e. 120DKK would give you the choice of 3 different designs).
Mercenaries will additionally get the classic tavern mug on the side, as a thank you for your support!Last updated:
The exclusive license means there is a limit of 20 licensed sellers able to sell the Mythic Mugs commercially for the whole year while the license lasts. At the end of this year, the license will change to most likely a monthly subscription basis and no longer be exclusive to a limited amount of sellers.
The license was initially only meant for the 14 first mugs and this causes an issue with the stretch goals as these are delivered later. To keep it simple, the license will still end in January 2021. When the license by then is changed to a monthly Patreon, we will work out a discount for you to compensate for this.Last updated:
