The New Shape of Yoga
Why are yoga mats all the same? Straight lines, angles, corners—bodies don’t have straight lines, bodies have curves! That's why we created the Infinity Yoga Mat—the world’s first and only yoga mat designed to fit the shape of your body and the movements of your practice.
Namast'ay on Your Mat
Let's face it, when we’re practicing yoga on a typical mat and move into a wider pose, we end up hanging off the mat and touching the cold, dirty floor. But isn't yoga is supposed to be a wholesome, cleansing experience?
With our unique hourglass design, there’s now a mat that’s actually intended for the human body, because we think the only thing you should be thinking about during yoga is yoga.
Slightly Bigger. Infinitely Better.
Our innovative design follows the curves of the human body but it’s also intended to be slightly larger than a normal mat, so as you move through your practice we’ll still have you covered. No more shifting around to stay on your mat.
The standard yoga mat is 24 inches wide; the narrowest point of our mat is 26 inches, while the widest part is 34 inches. The slightly bigger size gives you the freedom to move around without worrying about staying on your mat. We should be focusing on our breathing, not keeping our hands and feet off the cold, dirty floor. Finally we can namast'ay on our mats.
Practice Outside the Box
Yoga teaches us to be mindful and to be ourselves, and here at Infinity Yoga Mats we know that people come in all different shapes and sizes (and that nobody is actually shaped like a rectangle). So why are typical mats all shaped the same? Practice outside of that box—stretch a little further, stay present a little longer, and don’t dare conform.
Flip It & Reverse It / Two Mats in One
What’s better than one Infinity Yoga Mat? Two Infinity Yoga Mats, of course! Or at least, it will certainly feel like two since every mat is completely reversible, each side with a distinct purpose.
One side is made from an all-natural tree rubber that is incredibly grippy and perfect for low-intensity practices or for stretching. At 3mm thick, this dense rubber provides the ultimate comfort and support.
The reverse side is made from a high-quality microfiber suede material that actually grips better the wetter it gets*.
*Into hot yoga or extremely high-intensity workouts? We’re creating just the thing for you. Our super absorbent towel overlay tucks around the front and back of the mat, ensuring that it stays perfectly put, even as you move around. Most yoga mat towels simply sit on top of the mat, leading to crumpling, misaligning, and sliding around. With our brand-new design, this towel is going nowhere (besides in the washing machine with your Infinity Yoga Mat afterwards). Ask us about it for more information!
Our mats are durable, wipeable and even machine washable! Don't try that with a $20 mat.
We've patented our unique design (pending) because our mats are unlike any mat on the market today and we want to give it the protection and status it deserves. All necessary steps have been taken at this time to ensure that this innovation in the yoga industry stays special and unmatched.
Let's Get Logistical
Our innovative design is ready for production. It’s guaranteed to deliver. In fact, the first 500 mats purchased through Kickstarter will deliver in time for the holidays, making this the perfect gift for yourself or a loved one. After the first 500, don’t sweat it (though our mats can handle it), because we’re able to handle as many orders as we get. Our mats are guaranteed to deliver, both literally to your door and figuratively to meet and exceed your expectations. All we need is a kick start!
We've created 4 original designs for you: Zen, Lotus, Bloom, and Fyre. When you order your Infinity Yoga Mat the choice is up to you! All colors and designs represented above are on the high-intensity microfiber suede side, while the low-intensity side of all mats is an all-natural tree rubber in a cool black color. The reversibility will make it feel like a two for one deal (now that's a thought that can help you relax during savasana.)
When we were designing the Infinity Yoga Mat we were committed to using materials that would be durable yet eco-friendly. You might not realize it, but most conventional mats on the market today are made of PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride), widely considered one of the most toxic plastics and a known carcinogen. PVC is used for its stickiness, durability and low price point. They also often contain plasticizers (lead, cadmium, dioxin or phthalates) for added grip and pliability on the mats. These toxic materials can cause reproductive health problems, off-gas and leach. Since the material is non-recyclable they continue to leach toxins into the ground long after they’ve been thrown away. Unless a company states that you are getting a mat PVC free, assume that it contains PVC.
Infinity Yoga Mats on the other hand contain no PVC, are BPA-free, non-Toxic and meet the highest of manufacturing quality standards, hitting all ROHS¹ and SGS² Standard requirements.
¹: ROHS = Restriction of Hazardous Substances
• These hazardous substances harm the environment and your bodies so we did without them
²: SGS = the world’s largest manufacturing compliance agency
• These guys are tough. Meeting their standards is like getting a manufacturing gold medal
And because we use only eco-friendly, biodegradable, 100% recyclable materials there's ZERO odor. No toxic smell like those cheap yoga mats.

Risks and challenges
Our team has a strong background in project management, product design, and logistics. For this Kickstarter campaign we produced and tested a small sample run that has been a great success. Our manufacturing partners are ready to go, all we have left to do is submit the final order.
We expect to fulfill the first 500 orders by the end of the year and the remaining orders early in 2018. With that said, sometimes things take longer due to unforeseeable circumstances. We will do everything in our power to meet these production and shipping deadlines!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
