@Sabine we are experiencing severe delays with our current shipping company, I apologise for the inconvenience. We are going to change provider but that won't affect existing orders as they have all been shipped. I've just checked your tracking number with Hermes (the German partner of our company) and they don't show any new information yet. I've sent them an email asking for details and will come back to you as soon as possible.
I’m wondering why my shipment has not arrived yet. Is there any important information missing.
@Mohammed, your stuff has not been sent because you haven't replied to my emails requesting important information. The last email was sent on the 18th of January. I have just resent it. Please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org in case you are not receiving these and I'll respond immediately.
