The Arc Boards Team
We started our journey as three middle-aged guys looking for a last mile solution. We started working on the original Arc Board in 2014 and we had a super awesome Kickstarter campaign in 2016 to bring the Arc Board into production.
We have since started production of Arc Boards and are fulfilling orders locally in Singapore. Slowly but surely, we began to build a community of Arc Boarders that meet regularly for rides and to just have fun together.
A Fresh New Way of Getting Around
As we started fulfilling Arc Board deliveries, we have witnessed first-hand Arc Boarders use their boards as a fresh new means of getting around. This affirmed our vision on changing the way people move.

The Hero Behind the Camera
Patrick Poh (@pettypoh13)
All the beautiful camera shots and video work are taken by Patrick. From taking personal time out of his busy schedule to capture the beautiful shots of the Singapore city-scape, to helping us plan, shoot and stitch the videos and photos for this campaign.
We are greatly appreciative and cannot thank you enough for your support, advice and guidance. Thank you for everything!
Every Arc Board and future 121C Arc Aileron rolls off the assembly line with parts built by the awesome people at REI Promax. Thank you for giving us a place to base our operations, for all the advice, assistance and free meals (story for another time).
Our Better Halves
Wing Yee, Justina, Jaime
We know that we spend far too much time in the workshop tinkering than we do with you.
For all the late nights, lost hours and test-riding injuries that we suffer through...
Thank you for putting up with that and believing, inspiring and being the real reasons why we can chase our dreams.
You guys are the best. Thanks for being there with us from the start, thanks for believing in what we were doing and thanks for being patient with us as your pre-production Arc Boards kept breaking down.
We are literally nothing without you guys, and we really appreciate the help building the Arc Board and, more importantly, building the community.
Thanks for correcting our grammer too! xP KEEP RIDING!
Dear Arc boarders, thank you so very much for believing in us and giving us the insightful feedback to allow us to refine the Arc Board.
For all your continued support, patience and understanding is something we greatly appreciate.
We will strive to continue this journey together with all of you as we look forward to many more rides in the future.
Shipping Costs and Custom Duties
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Every pledge for the 121C Arc Aileron outside of Singapore will include an indicative cost for shipping. When we finalize shipping costs after the Kickstarter campaign ends, we will have an update on the actual costs with you.
PLEASE NOTE: Some countries may have additional duties, taxes or other charges applied through customs. We will not be able to cover for these costs and would advise that you contact your local customs office if you are unsure of what these costs may be.
Kickstarter Backers 6 Months Warranty
6 Month KICKSTARTER INTERNATIONAL WARRANTY: We are absolutely committed to the quality of the 121C Arc Aileron, and we will be offering a 6 month warranty for all Kickstarter 121C Arc Ailerons against defects in workmanship, material, batteries and drive system.
IMPORTANT: While we try to support all services and repairs to the 121C Arc Aileron, damage caused by abuse, misuse, negligence or accident will result in the disqualification of the warranty. We love each and every 121C Arc Aileron that rolls off our production line, so we hope you will love them too.
Because no campaign is complete without awesome music.

Risks and challenges
Certain modifications to the 121C Arc Aileron design may be necessary to improve performance, and these would add time to the shipping process.
While we have buffered what we deem is sufficient time to complete production of the boards, we will communicate any delays to you (backers) if we see them in the horizon.
That being said, we have learnt much from our precious Kickstarter outing on the initial Arc Board and thus have accurately forecast with a high degree of accuracy in our timelines.
Therefore we are confident that we will not be far off the margins of the Arc Aileron Kickstarter.
