Filming has begun!!

Happy Friday everyone!

It has been some time since I have provided you, the investors and believers of this project, an update on the film documentary currently titled Detroit Hye Times.

I have begun filming and scheduling interviews. In total I can see that I will be doing around 20 interviews of musicians, historians, and witnesses of Armenian folk music in Detroit.

Two interviews have been conducted, but most are scheduled for the remainder ending around September.

I am in talks with Detroit PBS, they have indicated they want to show the film - most likely early 2015. That's awesome news!

I am still struggling with an official name for this film as I don't think Detroit Hye Times captures exactly what I am looking to portray which is homage to those that performed and preserved our music in Detroit. Open to any suggestions! :)

That's it in a nutshell, I hope to have more info after Labor Day to give an update on how all the interviews went and will post some photos as well.

Again, thank you for your support!
