How does this work?
Traditionally, batteries are set in series format inside a power bank. This leads to uneven charging to each battery leading to overheating issue and often you might have heard of battery explosions.
Apollo Traveller uses a compact single battery. It reduces the possibility of being heated unevenly, increases longevity, lowers the cost, and increases the charging efficiency.
Graphene composite is another integral aspect (Graphene composite Provided by CellsX). The cell with graphene composite material has much smaller internal resistance and better conductivity. Graphene composite is added to both positive and negative poles of the battery cell; a cooling layer made by Graphene is used on the back of the charger to promote heat dissipation during fast charging.
Graphene is the world's most conductive material with ultra-high thermal conductivity and Graphite films are widely used in thermal applications for mobile phones and other high-power devices, but it is the first time to be used in a power bank as a cooling layer. Originally, we had 2 versions of prototypes. We changed the initially used plastic material to PVC in our second prototype. It’s white because it not colored.
For the 3rd, 4th and 5th prototype we’ve tried a matte finish on the shell. We tried different materials to place the logo on. The plastic one was not good for cooling, which is why we changed the logo base to aluminum.

We've spent a lot of time designing a product that meets the highest standards of performance, durability, and convenience. We’ve finalized our production schedule and have deliberated with our own experienced factory to ensure that the ELECJET can be shipped out as planned. Before launching our project on Kickstarter, we’ve already worked on prototypes and samples that are currently undergoing extensive testing and trial benchmarks to push the devices to their limits to expose any flaws.
Our experiences in product development give us insight into all aspects of the production process, including manufacturing in large quantities and the logistics needed to cater to different countries around the world. With our experienced factory, we are confident to handle any foreseeable risks and deliver a low-risk, high-quality product to our backers on time. If anything goes out of control, we’ll be sure to always be transparent and let our backers know what’s going on.
