I have completed the survey and no special characters in my address (Austria) and still not received the cubes. Please check or let me know what to do.
Completed the survey still not get any tracking information. (Thailand)
First shipment was not sent to me at all so I requested for another one.
Was told that I would be sent another one on 2nd June. Till this day, no further shipment emails on tracking, etc, has been received.
Any clarifications to this?
My order shipped almost a month ago apparently according to backerkit but there's no tracking number and I've still not received my cubes.
This is again another bullshit post. I have mailed you several times and never got a response. My address is definitely not consisting of not-english characters and so on
Got "your order has shipped" and a broken tracking code in April. Still no customer service from Antsy. Still no fidget cubes. Still very unimpressed with this company.

I think the issue for most of us is we have a tracking number that has been given months or weeks ago that doesn't work and still waiting for shipment to arrive

my backerkit shows that they have been shipped a month ago and last week antsylabs finally answered one of my inquiries saying it can take a couple of weeks untill they send my cubes out because the black prisms are out of stock
On April 5th I received a dispatch confirmation for order 6220374 with an ETA of April 10, 2017 - April 12, 2017.
Today is June 26th and I still haven't received anything.
I had already sent this message on May 5th, June 19th and it has been left unanswered to this day. The lack of communication is nothing short of disrespectful and disgraceful.

I am in the same boat as Jerome below. I received "tracking information" Around mid to early April and still have yet to receive my cubes when I am seeing them hawked at every nightmarket and craft fair that comes to town (I live in Vancouver). this is incredibly disheartening given how much we paid for the fidget cubes and how long ago we supported. What are you doing about the individuals who received broken tracking information?
Antsy Labs are lying. And they do not answer any mails.

I didn't receive any tracking information, only a shipping notice. Unfortunately the Swedish mail system seems to have F-ed up and I haven't received the actual package. Is there anyway you guys can confirm if it has been returned to you?

I used the USPS Tracking and it said my items was DELIVERED in TAIWAN at 2017.3.14...
...But today is 2017.3.19 and I didn‘t receive anything. Why it said delivered ?

When i recieved email "Your cubes was sent", there is no tracking code.
But several weeks later i' got them.
So, it was worrying in process, but ended all good.
Dear all, I received my Fidget Cubes in March 2017. Even in Christmas of 2017, there were "counterfeit fidget cubes" sold at every street fair & vendor. Yes, it was frustrating at times too. You maybe able to get actual Fidget Cubes at Toys R Us now.
They are clearly lying. I have received the same auto/standard mail twice, where they tell me that "they have just received a large shipment and will be shipping out my Fidget Cubes within 2 weeks".. The mails was sent to me 3 weeks apart. So clearly lies.
They do not respond to any emails, only auto mails. Have been going on for months.
Even when you receive your "we have sent your fidget cubes mail" you cannot trust them. It never arrives.
They are more interested in getting the product out in stores, pre-orders etc. than fulfilling Kickstarter pledges. Perhaps because they already got our money, so it wont generate any money for them to prioritize us. They are spending time working out license agreements, instead of fulfilling pledges.
The post didn't explain what happen to people who have received tracking months ago but haven't got their cubes yet.

So still nothing about your false update about every order being sent or how poorly you've been keeping intouch with us? And not even the smallest apology for anything at all? I've just recieved my cubes, which makes me happy even if I got to pay over twice the retail price, but I've lost all and any faith I had in Antsy Labs and won't ever support you in any way again.
We're the backers who helped you get to where you are today, and you really just treat us like shit.
I was surprised to see Fidget Cubes in Walmart not too long ago. I wanted a few more so I bought some and was very excited. That excitement didn't last. Compared to my KS edition, the manufacturing quality is terrible on the licensed cubes. The licensing agreement mist have allowed for wider manufacturing tolerances and I highly encourage the Antsy folks to review the agreement and the quality of licensed cubes. There really is a night and day difference.
Mine is listed as delivered, but the city the update is tagged with is in another state.
I completed my survey and moved before you sent them out. I tried several times to get in touch with someone to change the address and was only responded to after they were shipped. After I told whoever emailed me that I would not receive them I never heard from anyone again. Basically I gave y'all 35$ and got nothing in return. Not happy at all.
Hi, I have got my cube a long time ago and they're awesome. Just wanted to let you know that I saw apparently identical cubes in several museum shops throughout the USA. Fakes?
Also I was part of the December 2016 wave.
