I filled out my backerkit form in December. It says my cubes were shipped on 2nd June. I've received no shipping email and no cubes. Where are they?
What... No apology for keeping us in the dark all this time in spite of all the comments on the last update? Answering e-mail within a week? I am still waiting for a reply to an e-mail I send over a month ago.
Tried to get my money back via my credit card company, but it seems that Kickstarter is actually protecting scamming projects. Kickstarter apparently received the money for my pledge but claim not to be responsible for actual delivery of the goods and will therefore not allow cancellation of payment. Where AntsyLabs, who is responsible for delivery, simply does not reply to inquiries...
A first and last experience for me with both AntsyLabs and Kickstarter. None of the involved parties seems to take responsibility for the service they provide / promises they made.
Not the smallest apology for the poor way they treat their backers. No sorry to all the backers who never got their products. Nothing about the fact that the cubes are sold in stores everywhere but we don't get themn.
I agree with the people who have lost all and any faith in Antsy Labs and won't ever support them again.
This project is such a shame for the kickstarter community..
Got my cubes but not all the correct colours I requested.
It took so long to receive my order that just about everyone I sent them to quickly put them aside and moved on to the Fidget Spinner craze. I love my cube but, sadly, they were a waste of money as gifts because the Fidget Spinner craze was already taking over and is still going.
I haven't received my cube yet and my address hasn't any special character and I do have completed the survey! Can you tell me what do. to?

my order was supposed to arrive till the 18th, but "surprise surprise" nothing still. I asked antsy labs the tracking number of the parcel but got no response to my email. how do I get my money back?....
I completed the survey in February and received my order of five cubes and accessories last week. My address probably had to be checked as it has scandic letters in it. I suspect that there's simply so many orders to fill that it takes time to work through all of them, despite the announcement on April 18th that all orders have been shipped. I guess the small pool of orders with unverified addresses is not that small.
@Kathrin Diestel: it says in this very "update" that they licensed out their product. it's actually been licensed for several months now and on shelves in many retail outlets for weeks (toys r us even had a pre-order, hah!), but, because they don't actually care about their backers, they're only just now mentioning anything about it.
I sent an email a month and a half ago and have had no response. (And another 2-3 weeks ago without a response) I received a tracking number on April 3rd that never worked saying my package would arrive approx April 20th, and it never arrived.
I feel like this is a really huge prank. It's end june and all I have so far is a bunch of "fake news" coming through kickstarter updates. Maybe it's time to admit you can't follow up with the rewards and ask people if they want a refund.

No explanation for your lack of communication.
No explanation about your lies.
No "we messed but we are working hard to improve".
No instruction for people who received an incomplete or incorrect order.
No answer for the people who received a not working tracking number.

I received a tracking order a few months ago and apparently its still "who knows where" in the US with no further shipment updates. I have sent feedback/inquiry, but still no news from the creators. I would like a REFUND. Even the "fake cubes" are out faster and better than yours.
I do not need your products anymore, I just want a REFUND. Thank you.
Hello. My order status shows 'shipped' however the tracker number assigned does not return a result, instead the error 'Please try again later, we are awaiting tracking info from the carrier.' is displayed.

Not even close. I emailed about a defective cube in March. Didn't get my first reply until April. I responded within hours, and have heard nothing back.

I've been using mine during therapy sessions and it's very helpful, definitely glad I got the real thing. Hope everyone else gets theirs soon because this is a great product from a great company.
Extremely disappointed in the entire experience including the quality of the product!!! I bought 4 cubes from the kickstarter campaign and they were worse quality than the cheap $7 knockoff I found. I will never deal with kickstarter or antsy labs again. I was a December backer and I did not receive my order until April. Way too many delays and excuses for not fulfilling their orders until 5 months after the expected ship date and then I get a substandard product. Horrible experience!!! The cube is noisy, poorly put together and does not live up to its claims. There is no fluid movement of the joystick or roller ball or any other function, and the toggle switch is really loud. No way you could ever discreetly fidget with this in a boardroom or classroom. I have never been so disappointed in something I was looking forward to so much, huge let down!!!
I really enjoy my Fidget Cube and find it useful mostly at work! On a call center there are many fidgeting coworkers, and I tell them all about the original fidget cube!

This is unbevlievable! My survey was filled in on 12/01/2017! My address is correct and I've lived here for my whole life and I've never had any trouble with shipments not even from Taiwan or China! There are no funny characters in it either, so where the hell are my cubes?! I never got an answer to the mails and messages I wrote to Antsy. It' outrageous how Antsy deals with their customers!
Same here guys, backerkit filled in correctly months ago, nothing has arrived, my daughter bought hers from alibaba and had them at Christmas.

Hey guys, thanks for the update… unfortunately I received my tracking information over two months ago and my order never arrived. Also, the tracking was only up until it left the US and then it went into on untrackable mode… I think you guys used some weird handoff shipping service or something, anyway that's besides the point. Please resend my order, I have already messaged you twice about this but never got a response. I think a lot of people are frustrated with the way you guys have been handling your campaign… this update is nice but your overall communication particularly with the backers that believed in you and your project has been awful. Please send my order as soon as possible using a more reliable shipping method.
I really enjoy the Figit Cube I received in January as an early backe. I'm surprised to find the Antsy Lab product being for sale in stores for only $9.99. We were told these items would be selling for $25.99 once released. What happened?
I also recently acquired an Antsy Lab Spinner recently. I find it both simple and addictive. For a meditation/anti-anxiety device it works great (but the cube is better). Thanks for your great products! I wish you guys luck.
The post office destroyed my shipment instead of forwarding it. What options do I have at this point? I spoke to the post office and they had said I need to speak with the sender since it was sent without the option to forward it.

Honestly, for the 8 month wait for delivery and the amount I paid I expected the actual fidget cube to be better. Feels just like some of the copies that are being sold on amazon.
Wow.. people still haven't gotten their fidget cubes? By this time the trend is dead for the rage of fidget toys, and there's thousands of stores that sell them for 5$.
Just wanted to say, I am one of the few people who is perfectly happy with my Fidget Cube.
I hope that in future, though, should you guys do any more projects, you find someone to help you with logistics. There are a lot of angry people here who need their problems solved and/or have lost faith in your company.

Since a large percentage of your backers are autistic (me included), you should specify that the email addresses aren't verified through kickstarter.com. I was trying to verify and reverify my physical address. The issue was that my email address was never verified on this website. This is a little thing but it's huge in terms of accessibility for your target audience.
