The Validity of the Constitution
Upon discovering the Constitution, I immediately realized the Constitution explains the apparent expansion of the universe, commonly known as the “Big Bang.” Then I quickly found out the Constitution derives classical laws of motion, commonly known as Newton’s laws, and the laws of conservation of mass, energy, and momentum, which formed the foundation of classical physics.
After a few tries in five years, in April 2011 I was able to derive the special theory of relativity from the Constitution. In September 2011 I was able to demonstrate the Constitution fully and precisely explains “dark energy” and the apparent acceleration of the expansion of the universe. This was done without introducing any free parameters unlike existing theories, which use five free parameters and are unable to explain “dark energy.”
The power and validity of a law is in its capacity to explain observations. The power and validity of a fundamental law is in its capacity to derive other laws. Since the Constitution derives existing laws and explains observations existing theories failed to explain, the Constitution is more fundamental and complete than existing theories.
This book contains no equations (the next book does) and is readable by the general public. The following excerpt shows the readability of this book.

These laws are not sociological, biological, karmic, or religious. From these laws, we can mathematically derive Newton’s laws, relativity, and other important laws such as the principle of symmetry. From these laws, we can mathematically derive an equation and use it to draw a curve that can be compared to the observational data that the apparent acceleration of the expansion of the universe and “dark energy” were based on. Therefore, these laws are scientific and testable. These mathematical derivations and comparisons with observational data will be in the next two books in this series of three books, as this is book is for a broader audience.
When I was nine, I read my first book about the universe. It talked about how the moon turned around the earth; how the earth and other planets orbited around the sun; and how the sun and billions of other stars circled around the center of the Milky Way. And this was just one of an immense number of galaxies in the universe. What wonders it struck in my young mind! This ignited my curiosity and passion for the universe, which led me on a life-long journey to uncover the deepest secrets of the universe.
I made my first breakthrough in understanding the true nature of time when I was eighteen while taking a philosophy course in college. In the next year while taking physics and mathematics courses, I developed a set of philosophical standards that fundamental laws of the universe must meet. Then it took me twelve years to achieve a deep, philosophical insight into the true nature of matter. In the next decade I further developed my philosophical understandings of the universe while working in wide ranging careers. (These philosophical understandings and breakthroughs are documented in this book.)
Although I have extensive physics and math background, my primary interest in the universe was philosophical, as you can tell from the last paragraph. In fact, I got my physics and math education under the urging of my father, a quantum physics professor. I myself wanted to major in philosophy. Then in late 2005 my father, then in his mid-seventies, said to me, “I have one regret in this life: None of my three children, all educated in top universities, followed my career — physics.” This led me to investigate the universe from the physics perspective in addition to the philosophical perspective. This powerful combination led me to quickly attain an even deeper insight into the true nature of time, space, and matter than ever before. A shiver of joy went through me at the moment that new insight entered my mind and kept me on a plateau of excitement for weeks. This turned out to be the most important breakthrough, as it led me to quickly discover ten fundamental laws of the universe, which I collectively named The Constitution of the Universe.
