Frequently Asked Questions... Answered!

We currently receive more than 1,000 emails a day, and that doesn't include messages on Facebook, instagram, and Kickstarter messages, so bear with us if it takes us awhile to respond. We are definitely trying our very best to get back to everyone but in the meantime I thought it would be helpful to post a few answers of our most frequently asked questions here.

Q: I’ve shared Passion Planner on my facebook, twitter, pinterest, and blog… When will I receive my PDF?

A: Please send an email to, with proof that you've shared it (a link or a screenshot will suffice).

We will be sending out your free PDF the week following December 3, 2014, when the Kickstarter ends. If you are waiting for a response about a specific issue please be patient as we are currently receiving close to a thousand emails a day. In the meantime feel free to download, print and use the free weekly layouts available on our website.

Please note that the PDF is under copyright and for your personal use only. This means it cannot be emailed, shared or redistributed without the author's permission, so if your friends would like to use the PDF they must share the Kickstarter and notify us to receive their own PDF. The free PDF offer will only be available throughout the duration of our Kickstarter, so share it before it's too late!

Q: Is Passion Planner vegan friendly?

A: Yes! We proudly use faux/synthetic-leather (as well as environmentally friendly recycled paper) in our products.

Q: When will I receive my planner?

A: Depending on your reward choice when you backed the project you will either receive it in December 2014 or January 2015. The delivery estimate it noted on each backer reward.

Kickstarter Creator Update:

As with my last Kickstarter I am going to try to use this as an open diary for me to reflect and just enjoy all of the craziness that is going on as well as to allow people to get a peek into what it takes to make a Kickstarter project come to life and start a business as a 24 year old. I hope people can gain some insight from my experience, learn from my mistakes, and just take my story as a testament of how far passion and hustle can take you.

It's been a week and I've been pulling back to back 15-17 hour days (I've been working since 6 AM today and it is currently 11 PM), managing everything that needs to be done on the back end with Passion Planner, juggling emails, meeting for magazine and newspaper interviews, corresponding with my manufacturer and so much more.

It is easy to get bogged down when your email has more than 3,000 unread messages (when you're used to clearing out your inbox every other day) but I am trying my best to embrace all of the little wins in everyday. I am so lucky to have such a great support system of friends and family who support my goals and are willing to contribute and help in any way possible.

Prioritizing has been key for me, making sure that I define what is important BEFORE I get down to business is so key. I must constantly remind myself to handle the tasks that are both time sensitive and extremely important even though the small tasks are really tempting. It's easy to feel like you're not doing enough when you feel like your to-do list grows longer every second, but even if I knock out my "today's focus" or my one most important task of the day I know it's been a good day. I've been living and breathing out of my Passion Planner which is a testament to how useful this tool has been. I'll post a picture of one of the weeks in my Passion Planner in an upcoming update.

No one said it was going to be easy, and I knew it was going to be pretty crazy based on last years Kickstarter but I don't think any amount of preparation would have prepared me for this much of a overwhelming response! So here we go, back to the hustle! Thank you everyone who sends a message of encouragement or motivation, I print out my favorites and put them on my wall for a rainy day! :D

Wishing you all clarity, effectiveness, and new adventures!
