The Album Is Done!!

Posted by The Doubleclicks (Creator)

Hello good people of earth! I am so happy to say that we just got the masters back for "Love Problems." It's done! The album is DONE!

I will be honest and tell you that the completion of this project has been a LOT more emotionally taxing than we thought it would be, and it is a HUGE relief that the project is finished on time and so much closer to getting into your hands.

Next Steps: we are collecting and finishing the rewards in the next couple weeks while we wait for the CDs to be printed, and then we will ship them out to you! Our plan is to ship the first week of August and to have everything in your hands for a CD release on August 15. (That's the best-case: if there are any delays, I do still think we'll be on track to get all the physical rewards to you by September as promised)

The rewards are coming in! We have stickers, pins, and shirts, for example, I am painting, Aubrey is making sticker pages, and the Cross-Stitches are done and look amazing!

Thank you all so much for your support on this journey! If you'd like to tune in to an online concert where we'll be performing some of our songs from this album, we definitely encourage it! We will be joined by album co-producer Danielle Ate The Sandwich on JULY 18—and you can request a song now!

And please come see us on our CD release tour for the album! We'd love to thank you in person, and we can't wait to play this stuff out for the first time at these shows:

SEATTLE, WA @ PAX: concert Saturday night!

Since I've heard your stuff before, I already know how awesome it'll be, so I'll just go ahead and shout out what an AWESOME JOB you've done! Here it comes: AWESOME JOB!!! There, I hope that felt really rewarding, 'cause you've done an AWESOME JOB!! :D

Also, I think taxing emotions is really unfair. You should be allowed to be AWESOME without having to pay for it! You did it yourself! Mostly! And you did a pretty AWESOME JOB!!!!
