Pariah, Missouri was created, written and colored by Andres Salazar. Andres studied under Howard Chaykin for a brief time in Ventura, CA. He's been researching and writing Pariah, Missouri for 4 years. Artist Jose Pescador studied at the National Autonomous University of Mexico. He is a professional fine artist, has shown fine art in galleries across the globe and his work is amazing! These two gentlemen are committed to the project, work hard and will not let you down!

The Pariah Missouri Role-playing Sourcebook plugs and plays into whatever RPG system you want to use. There are chapters for Savage Worlds, FATE, and HERO systems. It will have all the background, characters, NPCs, maps and campaigns needed to create a rich world. Think of it as a campaign book that will have everything the GM needs to add Pariah to whatever rule system they enjoy. Included will be stats for all the major characters and everything you need to play Pariah! Full-color with art on every page 8.5 x 11. Over 120 pages!
TIME Stories is a "deck-ploration" board game published by Space Cowboy games. They published a developer kit and with it I created a Pariah Missouri scenario, a full-fledged game. Click on the image to learn more. Stay tuned on how Backers will get access to this!

Having done 6 previous Kickstarters, I analyzed the projects on costs of each project by reward level, number of backers and shipping. The following graph is my projection if the project is funded at $8,000. (Assumptions: 200 Backers, average $40 spend and 20% backers foreign, similar to previous campaigns) Please note that there is no cost inserted for coloring, lettering and book design (my labor) nor is there a margin for "profit". According to my previous Kickstarter's data, successful projects have had very small margins of profitability (less than 5%). If we change to an off-set printers, that will change the finances (allowing for a smaller unit cost but requiring a large print order), and therefore will not move in that direction unless funded over 300%.

Risks and challenges
I've done six successful kickstarter campaigns, so I know what it takes to execute and get the job done. The book is in progress, art pages are coming in weekly and I am working on the colors, letters and book production. So this will get made, no doubt about that.
The usual challenge/pain point will be handling the files and getting them to the printer. I've done this four times previously, so I know what to do, the book proofing is the most challenging part, mainly due to working with the printers and their customer service team. If the project becomes very successful, we may go with another printer, which might cause a small delay in transferring files to them.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
