The making of CONDO HELL
The film takes place in an old mill building in North Smithfield, R.I. Principle photography for CONDO HELL was shot over a period of five days in June of 2013. Additional shots were added a few months later. The days were long and the shoot was very stressful, however, it was a dream come true for all of us.
There were many challenges we faced. Daily changes to the shooting schedule occurred due to the unpredictable New England weather. We were also filming in an active condominium complex and sometimes had to re-arrange our shot list to avoid being intrusive in the residents' lives. They were very understanding and without their support we wouldn't have finished on such a tight schedule. To all of those people, thank you! We had an amazing cast and crew, a very low-budget, and lots of dedication and sacrifice to make this film worthy of the silver screen.
