Have a question?
How is the production? Any news? Can you post some pics of assembly? Thanks!
Great stuff - thanks for the update and look forward to receiving this lovely watch and showing it off.
@Scott: Hi Scott! It’s going well, Kickstarter are still processing the pledges and should be done by the end of this week. We’ll finalise the details and keep you all updated on the progress during the way. Have a great evening! :)
So guys - how’s the commencement of production going..??
nice work to you guys for getting it funded and my personal thanks to whoever pushed it over the line! - very keen to receive this in the mail
Well done guys - so chuffed it got over the line.
holding my breath
Excelent work Amant World! So far it's done! Hell yeah!
Are you thinking in blue leather bracelet with white or read stitches for example? It would be nice as second bracelet.
Sounds good Guys. All out effort to get this done. Not liking what I am seeing with the numbers . For a moment yesterday you hit it. Then in a blink gone. Lets Go , Be a shame if this doesn't happened . Good Luck the rest of the way
@Raoul: Thanks for the push Raoul, we’ll make sure to increased the marketing the final two days! :)
@bob: Just a few backers away, we’re going to make it happen! No lume, but the indices are cut in a way so that at least one side always reflects light. It’s fun to play around with and I hope you’ll like it!
Share it on facebook, twitter... every where.
Without the founders it cannot happen
We are going backward :(
Speak of this cool watch around you !
Guys Lets get this thru. It seems to be going back and forth a lot yesterday . You have to make it at this point being your so close. Question does the dial have any Lume on the hands or numbers ? Just curious I can't tell
@Edward: Thanks for the support Edward, much appreciated! Looking forward to deliver your new timepiece! :)
Hope this watch goes through! Just completed my pledge and will be passing this onto some friends!
@Creator, almost there!!! 😄😄😄
@Luismob: Glad to heat that, we’re going to up the publicity in our final push and add another stretch goals shortly. Looking forward to deliver your new timepiece!
All the best,
@justin wooster: Hey Justin, it’s of course the original ETA 2824-2 made in Switzerland!
Let me know if we can assist with anything else!
All the best,
Is the ETA 2824-2 swiss made or is it a copy of the ETA 2824-2?
@Bob, completely agree with you! Really want this watch! Only 5 days! Need to make more publicity..
@bob: Hey Bob, appreciate the initiative! We still have a week left to reach our goal and just need a final push to get there. Hopefully we can make it happen and start producing your new timepiece soon! Feel free to share this campaign with friends and thank you for the support Bob!
Hey Guys Looks like this may not happen. I am hopeful you guys will decide to bring it back again at some point. The watch is amazing , If possible make a limited amount based on request. Like anyone who has backed the project email them after to purchase the watch at a tad higher price to make up the cost . Hate not seeing this beauty on my wrist. Does everyone agree with me ?
@Ronan: We agree with you Ronan and hopefully we can make it happen!
Marking the serial number on the watch itself is a plus ...
@Steven Soper: Hey Steven, thanks for supporting our project!
You have some good inputs, we’ll take it in consideration and keep you posted on any potential updates we do. Regarding the number you will be able to find it on the certificate of origin together with your unique serial number.
Thanks again and we’re looking forward to deliver your new timepiece!
I note from the latest email the stretch goal at 50,000 euros however feel the project would benefit from another at say £25k. As the watch is billed as a limited edition how about laser engraving? No. 1/150 for example to signify the limited nature of the time piece.
@bob: Good day Bob, thanks for supporting our project! Your correct, the dial is French Navy Blue and slightly changes colour depending on the light, that’s why it can appear almost black at times. Hope you like it!
Let me know if I can assist with anything else!
@Eric C.: Hi Eric, thanks for supporting our project! We started working with the French flag in our Paris watch launched over two years ago, since then we’ve seen some other brands follow. It’s not fun to see but we don’t own the flag and actually understand them since the tricolore combo looks so good. Thanks for pointing it out!
Have a great week!
I am surprised to find on instagram a watch (cornichewatches) taking a part of the design of your watch (including the french flag insert... Do you have an explanation?
Good Day. Can you please tell me what are the dial colors? I believe it's Blue does it also come in black thanks
@Christopher Lindell: Hi Christopher, the thickness of all quartz watches are 7-8mm and automatic is around 10mm. As for the quotes you can find them in the April issue of each physical magazine, we’ve also posted GQ on our Instagram story (@amantworld)!
Let us know if we can assist with anything else!
I got a message on another forum from one in your team saying it's 8mm, and here you say it's 10mm. Which is it? I also tried too Google the quotes from what wired, gq etc wrote about your watch as stated in the campaign but can't find anything. Can you please provide the links to those reviews
@Jonathan Fernando Sanchez: Hi Jonathan! Yes, you can find all HQ images and the video on bit.ly/AmantPress. All the best and have a great week!
Hi, can you guys post or send a more close or HQ picture of the watch, they are small or far, I want to see the details, my best to your team.
@tom behr: Hey Tom, great choice for a gift! Of course, check your inbox and we’ll help you with it!
I am purchasing this as a gift is it possible to transfer the warranty to recipient after I give it to him?
@Peter: Hi Peter, thanks for supporting our project! The thickness is around 7-8mm for all quartz watches and 10mm for the automatic Côte d’Azur.
Hi. Pls confirm thickness of the watch.
@Ronan: Hey Ronan, all watches are sent from Sweden so no added vat or tax applies within EU. For other countries each place works differently, but if you would receive any vat simply contact us directly at email@example.com and we’ll help you with it!
From where the watch will be sent ? What about VAT?
Also can you please post a close up picture of the watch face and back?
Hi, what country is the watch made for example Swiss made or French made?
@Thomas Campbell: Perhaps we were unclear, this watch actually has a water resistance of 100m and perfectly capable of withstanding water. We just choose to design as a dress watch to make it versatile.
However, without the features of a diver watch, it really isn't. Basically a durable dress watch.
@CTGd @StefanMarMelstad Thanks for the kind words guys, the lug-to-lug length is 49mm with a 22mm width.
Let us know if you're wondering anything else!
What colors of the dial are there any other colors lug size stretch goals?
@Thomas Campbell: Thanks for the feedback, glad you like it!
Although we don’t recommend it for scuba diving we wanted to blend the looks of a dress watch with the durability of a diver so you can wear with a suit or during adventures.
Feel free to contact us at anytime!
NICE and SHARP, that being said what colors of the dial are there any other colors lug size stretch goals, thanks
Its a sharp looking watch, but I am confused as to why you refer to it as a diver watch.
