      For the ones who want to change shipping address...
      Look in your emails for "amabrush crowdox confirmation" and at the end of the mail there is a link to modify your survey. You'll have to redo your pledge fully to complete your survey again.

      In case it's not a working solution, there are lots of ways to contact them, including amabrush-world-s-first-automatic-toothbr@support.crowdox.com . I think that's CrowdOx directly so you can expect faster answer from them.

      Why would you think that ‘great news’ to us is you spending your time participating in a trade show??? We have ZERO interest in that. And it only means time away from fulfilling your obligation to us all. Come on... it’s ridiculous to include that in an update! This is what Sgnl is doing also... another awful Kickstarter campaign.

      Frankly speaking, I feel lost because it can't come out before 2017 and your promising delivery time.
      But i am still hoping it can meet my big expection.

      Interesting to hear you will have a booth at the Chicago Dental Society Convention. Surprised to hear you inviting people to your booth and wonder if you realize this is not open to the public?? As all Dental Conventions they should be limited to members of the Dental Society and vendors.

      I would rather have a high-quality product than something that was rushed. Of course the kinks with the product and manufacturing need to be worked out! Can’t wait to get ours!

      We haven’t waited that long for this product, whose initially proposed delivery date seemed way too soon. However, missing from these updates are details about the product’s design progress. Way too much update space is wasted on talking about knockoffs. Please say more about the actual product and have less concern that competitors will actually succeed in duplicating your efforts.

      I've backed other Kickstarter projects. One project was 2 years late and another gave up. I'm glad you are still working! I 'back' Kickstarter projects because I like the concept that people are trying to materialize. I do hope I will get something out of it because I think it would be fun or useful. Established companies do not typically (if ever) advertise projects through Kickstarter, so I always assume projects will be late because people doing a project for the first time will run into problems. Keep Going! (Please always send communications through Kickstarter - not some other place like Backerkit - unless you send to both. Thanks.

      Would rather have it perfect than flawed. We have waited this long. Another short wait is not a problem for me. You have put in too much time and sweat to send out a substandard item. I appreciate that you keep us updated. Have backed projects where we have gotten few updates and have ultimately led to money being thrown away with nothing to show for it. So it is a pleasure to do business with upstanding professionals who take responsibility and admit to and explain delays. Thank you for your honesty and I look forward to receiving the Amabrush Automatic Toothbrush soon. Have a great Holiday. Bix.

      Easy going guys! No worries, We've been brushing our teeth for decades with common toothbrushes. So we can now wait a few months more for a new cleaning pleasure. cheers �

      Just a bit disappointing that there was no apology in the email update. I wish there was more concern for customer happiness. All I want to know is WHEN I will get my product - not about a dental meeting.

      I think the equivalent to a GmbH in the US is LLC (Limited Liability Corporation) rather than an Incorporation. :)

      i am used to waiting for products on Kickstarter, it is one area of risks we cannot always influence...the most important thing is that you deliver with quality for what we invested with our support to your project

      Thanks for the update. For anyone asking for refund, I would recommend to reconsider their kickstarter account and shop on Amazon, Ebay or any other online shopping platform.

      can we get our money back? i was hoping i would have this before the new year. been down this road before with another kickstarted and they stoled 43 billion dollars and are now in jail. hope this isnt you guys as well.

      (don't focus only on the people that can't understand that kickstarter essence is not buying a product, but kick starting an idea to a real product. There is challenges all along the way, that's perfectly normal to have delays :)

      How can I cancel my order and get my money back?
      Otherwise you should consider offering everyone at least a free supply of toothpaste for each month of delay ....

      As with all KS projects you get used to waiting. As long as the final product lives up to it that is no problem. Can't wait to get my hands (or teeth?) on Amabrush.
