Hi guys, 

We are back with our last update for this year. Sadly we still cannot tell you a definitive shipping date yet. We have to work with different suppliers and our appointment with some of them was postponed to January 16th to 18th.  

CDS DENTAL SOCIETY MIDWINTER MEETING   

We hope that we still can keep you up in good mood as we have some great news as well: Amabrush will participate at the upcoming Chicago Dental Society Midwinter Meeting 2018, which will take place from Thursday 22nd till Sunday 24th of February 2018 at the McCormick Place West Building, Chicago.  


The CDS Midwinter Meeting is among the top three dental meetings worldwide, therefore we are very proud to be part of it. We will exhibit with a booth (#3419), and we will present our review devices for the first time to the public. Visitors will be able to get information, trials and clinical study details about Amabrush. 

So if you are around in this area at this time, we would be more than happy to invite you for a drink at our booth :) Our booth number is #3419. If you’re not around, don’t worry, we will give you updates from this event :)

BE AWARE OF KNOCK-OFFs

We can’t stress it enough: we don’t work with any affiliates or partner distributors and we are not selling Amabrush somewhere else. We are getting contacted by many people “who have not received their Amabrush unit they ordered on Amazon/eBay/Alibaba/etc.”. We are not live on these platforms currently. We also ordered some “Amabrush” units from Ebay, Amazon and Alibaba, out of curiosity, but we never received anything. Please don’t get irritated by those knock-offs and don’t fall for the many copycats out there! 

As a side note, our company structure evolved in the past months to Amabrush GmbH (Amabrush Inc). So all orders will be handled through this company. If you don’t accept this, for whatever reasons, please let us know at legal@amabrush.com. We are legally obliged to inform you about this, but it changes (seriously) not a single bit for you.

      Any update on this product? Havent heard anything since mid December and starting to get a bad vibe. We paid for this long ago and still nothing on when this will ship and actually arrive. Please update

      I request Amabrush to be honest about what is happenning.

      It was promised in January we would have an update with details about shipping, but we didn't have it, not even to say the company still doesn't know about the shipment dates.

      What is the real situation with the product? Please be honest and communicate what is happening, why the delay, what are you doing to resolve it and, please, a realistic estimation for the delivery.

So have you not only failed to deliver a product anywhere close to the time that you gave but also given up on even updating the status of this failure?

      In the meantime I think about legal consequences. I was patient, wanted a startup give a chance, but there is NO progress, only "updates" without any content. In my opinion this behaviour is fraud :-(

      The money for the extra orders Were taken by PayPal month ago from my account.
      At the beginning we supporters Were informed on regular bases and now we have to beg for informations

      Unless I missed it, I haven’t revived a January update yet. It’s very disappointing how long this has taken with not much update on when (or if at this point) we will finally be getting what we paid for.

      It’s almost the end of Jan and still no update. When should we expect your long awaited January update? Managing expectations and communicating is vital. Many of us have bought into you vision and product(s) but the journey has been littered with disappointment. Please please - we need better communication and delivery dates !

      Just adding my voice to the others who are interested in an update. I don't think I'd be as impatient if I hadn't purchased extras when that offer came through. The value of over-communicating is that it eases the minds of those of us who have spent quite a bit of money to invest in what I am sure is an awesome product. THANKS!

      Over communication is always better than none. It's January 23rd as Lucas mentioned and over a month since your update last year. Since you specified the January 16th and 18th dates, maybe a quick check-in would be good. What's the current status? I don't mind waiting as long as I know why I'm waiting and I know that I will receive the products I ordered.

      I get that it takes time. I put my back in last summer and with such a large order I can see that its difficult to project a time. I think everyone's just looking for an update sooner rather then later with a projected date. Also, I need to verify that im going to get all of my extras that I ordered after the kickstarter closed. I got a weird email that I feel like I should verify it. I was billed for it but just need to make sure.. Thanks

      It is now January 19th so you have had l your meetings.
      Who is the supplier and when are you shipping?

      Heya how about a update? you took our money and then fucked off and asked us to be nice in our responses? I really like what the product promises... but paying for some extras and having no word back in almost a month is a bit ridiculous.

      I’ve been in contact many times with Amabrush support. They have now started to ignore me. I have asked numerous times times for an update on the project/delivery times and heard nothing back. They kindly advised they are strictly offering NO refunds. I’ve come to the conclusion that my money has disappeared and I’ll be lucky to ever receive anything from these people!

      Ich habe bei Ebay gesehen dass man dort amabrush kaufen kann, wieso habe ich bis heute Nichts geliefert bekommen

      I am a bit disappointing that there was no apology in the email update.
      I wish there was more concern for customer happiness.
      All what I want to know is WHEN I will get my product
      I paid the money on spot because the confirmations for delivery was in December???

      Guys, please just deliver as close to a perfect product as you can. Until then I guess I’ll just keep straining myself having to manually brush everyday.
