Infusing a face.

Forgive the iphone video, but here is a quick snipit of the exicitng parts of the vacuum infusion.  All the layers of fabrics are placed and sealed in the vacuum bag, and the epoxy is drawn in from the top by the vacuum.  This process creates a stronger and product than our previous layup techniques. That's all fine and good for the adventurer, but what does it do for the sound?  More sustain, a lighter touch,and great resonance!

      It looks closer to some medical procedure than it does to traditional guitar fab.
      Very very cool.
      I wonder if you would have taken the first step if you could have known where you
      have ended up?
      A case of.....The journey IS the destination.
      I really hope this works out for you in a big way....party because I want bragging rights
      for helping...sort of.

      Very nice. How were the results? did the spiral tape print into the part? You can also use flow media instead which helps cut down on wasted resin in the tube.

      Very interesting. The phone video was great quality.
