About this project
What is All Games Radio?
All Games Radio has been the home of independent live video game radio shows and podcasts for over 10 years. Now we need your help to go to the next level. All Games Radio wants to add more shows that you love with even more community interaction. We want to provide a true 24 gaming talk radio network with shows that touch every genre. AGR is already home to some of the most interactive shows on the net where at anytime you can pop into our chatroom and talk with hosts, listeners and industry professionals. Many times while they’re in the middle of a show!
This campaign is to build an entire network for gamers, not just one podcast . AGR is home to award winning live shows and podcasts like All Games Interactive, The B-Team, Chatterbox Radio, Dead Pixel Live, ElectricSistahood, Fantastic Forum, RPGrinders, Spooky Hour Horror Hour, Vault Reviews, Videogame Outsiders and more. They have all been entertaining audiences for years and we want to add even more to the network. But we’re at the threshold of what can be done with our limited resources so now we’re asking for your support.
Who Are We?
AGR shows are hosted by podcast veterans who deliver some of the most informative and entertaining gaming content on the internet. Scot Rubin helped create the G4 television network and moved on to build the Championship Gaming Series (CGS) gaming league. Videogame Outsiders is hosted by best selling author Michelle Madison and gaming legend, John Jakobson. Dead Pixel Live has interviewed some of the most famous (and infamous) industry figures. The women of the ElectricSistahood have been reporting on gaming culture for over 6 years online and in print. And those are just a few of the great shows that make up the All Games Radio community.
What Are Our Goals?
When this Kickstarter is successful, AGR will be able to have a staff dedicated to building a 24 hour gaming radio network. More quality shows will be added to the schedule, the allgames.com website, our home for over a decade, will be rebuilt with an unparalleled focus on the community. We’ll be able to make All Games Radio available over even more outlets, including Twitch.tv. We’ll finally be able to tackle mundane, but extremely vital tasks like creating a viable platform for managing and maintaining the network. And we want to make it possible so that all of the shows that you love can afford to continue by setting up a viable sponsorship model. We aren't asking for help to make a single gaming podcast happen, we're asking to help us make dozens of shows available.
Your donation will help make this happen. All Games is made up of people with the experience and drive to make this a reality. You can help create the world’s first 24 Internet radio network built by gamers, for gamers.
Here are some examples of the content that All Games and its community have created over the years.
All Games Shows:
The B-Team podcast is a show devoted to video games first and foremost. Discussion on other topics such as media (TV, movies, comics, etc.), tech, or life may occur as well. Featuring five people that met on the Video Game Outsiders community: Chip, Chris, Ryan, Fred, and Geoff. Coming live every Thursday on All Games
Chatterbox Video Game Radio
Our goal is to educate and entertain the masses about video games, the interactive entertainment industry, and the issues surrounding it.
Dead Pixel Live
Now, the world don't move to the beat of just one drum. What might be right for you, may not be right for some. A show is born, it's a show of means. Then along come three, they got nothing but their jeans. But they got, Dead Pixel Live. It takes, Dead Pixel Live. It takes, Dead Pixel Live to move the world.
Join sisters NinJaSistah and Pandalicious as well as the rest of the ESH Crew each day as they discuss video games, tech gadgets, anime and nearly everything within the geek-chic lifestyle.
Fantastic Forum is your LIVE talk show about comic books and the people who love them. Since 2007 Moses Magnum, Jei, Oz and Mayor Young have been serving up their unique brand of commentary and conversation on the comic book industry, geek culture, and beyond.
Ms. H reviews games for todays gaming consoles, including the Xbox 360, Nintendo Wii, and Playstation 3. Get reviews from a mom who gives her opinions from an entirely new point of view.
Every week these two brave souls converge and converse about all things media. Your host Brigitte Bernard and Esgee will take you on a journey through the land of Reservoir 9 where entertainment abounds.
RPGrinders is a show about RPG's, JRPG's, and skepticism. We talk about religion, role playing games, aliens, and anything that raises questions. We speak candidly and uncensored but we have a lot of fun. Join us and hear for yourself!
Spooky Hour Horror Hour
Three sickos discuss their love of the macabre.
Voted PODCAST OF THE YEAR by the Xbox Live Community Awards. Video games, entertaining banter and the occasional pie... Kyle Jones, Michelle Madison and John Jacobsen take you inside the outsider's perspective. From the hilarious (and terribly misnamed) 10-second spotlight to drunken listener calls, this is video gaming from the average player's perspective.
Video Games Show
The Video Games Show (or VGS for short) is a weekly gaming industry news podcast hosted by Rich Bergin, Nick Kraftor and Greg the Engineer. While there are plenty of podcasts out there that deal with games themselves we take a closer look at the companies and people behind those games and what they are doing. Rich, Nick, and Greg have over 50 years of gaming experience between them and VGS itself is over 7 years old
Video Game News
Video Game News Radio is not your ordinary gaming podcast. It's hosted by a group of blue collar men over the age of 35. The discussions are chaotic at times, and it's not unusual to hear someone go off, or hear long stretches of laughter. If you like your shows real and not edited or trying. Give VGNR a listen. We're one of the oldest gaming podcasts there are, broadcasting since July of 2004.
Shawn Freeman @freemandaddy5 and JW Andrews @NY2Nowhere run a weekly pop culture podcast covering everything from video games and movies to current events.
Death’s Door Prods do their damnedest to bring you news and reviews about video games, movies, anime and comics. You know, the important things.
