Beyond the Breach is organized and pieced together by Amanda Lien, a freelance artist in Seattle, WA. Primarily an illustrator and a production artist, she also teaches, works on mobile games, maintains an online and convention business presence, and assists in the occasional costuming work. You can find more of her at Tumblr or Twitter. She does, however, concede she is not the greatest writer, so aligned herself with Irisbleufic and Priellan to spearhead the written contributions to the fan book.
Irisbleufic has been writing stories and meta in various online fandoms since 1999. Perhaps best known for her content creation in such fandoms as Good Omens, Pacific Rim, Sherlock, Hot Fuzz, and in those attached to various modern and classic literary sources (Everything Is Illuminated, The Great Gatsby, Hamlet, La Chanson de Roland, Sir Gawain and the Green Knight, et al.), she is both widely read and frequently consulted on a number of topics ranging from in-depth canon analysis to writing and editorial methodology. You can find her online at irisbleufic.tumblr.com and also at archiveofourown.org/users/irisbleufic.
Priellan has been creating since she was able to pick up a pencil. She has written fiction from the age of 7 onwards and been writing fanfiction, drawing fan art, and lurking around various fandoms since 2004. More recently, she graduated from Savannah College of Art and Design with a degree in sequential art and a goal of creating comics professionally, so it ended up being a very worthwhile pursuit! You can find her general page at priellan.tumblr.com and her fanfiction at archiveofourown.org/users/irinokat.
Special thanks to Blairtrabbit and Explodinghye for being springboards to discuss this project.
Further information can be found at the Beyond the Breach Tumblr. During the fundraiser campaign, pieces submitted to the fan book will be featured both here and on Tumblr.
Beyond the Breach is a non-profit project. This campaign will pay for the printing and shipping of the books, along with the rewards offered. Any money made over and beyond the listed goal will go toward improving the book quality and additional copies. Additional copies will be sold on non-Kickstarter platforms and will see their profits donated toward organizations focusing on ocean preservation and the support of safe, creative spaces.

Risks and challenges
All work has been submitted and assembled, all the fan book needs are some minor addenda for the final pass, and then can be sent off to the printer! From the time the order is placed to the shipment arrival is estimated to be 6-10 weeks, and then another 4-6 weeks afterward to get all the books shipped out.
As with all projects, the best timelines almost always get delayed, but we will make every endeavor to get all books shipped in as timely a manner as possible.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
