I am creating a catalog with 100 limited edition, fine art nude photographs. With an exploratory style and a touch of the surreal, these are an unapologetic celebration of beauty and the female form.
Rewards include the 100-image catalog, collectables, limited edition signed/numbered archival photographs, a portfolio album, and exclusive downloads of 100 bonus images.
Nobody can buy every archival photograph I make, so the catalog allows you to enjoy all my new designs and support my future endeavours. Funds raised will be used to conduct photo shoots in January, compensate models, create props and backgrounds, and, of course, create your rewards.
Often bold and uninhibited, sometimes subtle, these compositions are an aesthetic examination of captivating feminine forms. Each image is an artistic nude, created by me, and offered as a limited edition photograph in the catalog. The new artistic compositions are separated into themes, each with a brief introduction written by me. Themes include industrial nudes, body in the landscape, music and dance, aquatic including underwater, and surreal.
The catalog will have a high-end periodical feel with a hefty cover. My biggest catalog to date: 'zine size (8.5x11 inches/22×28 cm) and featuring 100 limited edition fine art nude photographs on offer for 2018.
If you own my previous catalogs, I'm excited to announce this upgrade in the dimension, print quality, and number of images from previous years!

I put the utmost care into my photography equipment, starting with the camera and lighting, and that commitment continues with the printing.
I work with a local, single-owner, fine art printing business to produce the highest quality results available. I work exclusively with Imaging Arts Printing in Charleston and trust him implicitly due to his extensive knowledge and commitment to quality.
Check out more 2018 images I'm working on, on my site. What you see are just the beginnings, I'll be including many more new artworks between the end of the Kickstarter and the release of the catalog.
The higher-end packages include a commission (or two.) This means I will create an artwork based on your input. This could be your favorite model or theme, but you just haven't seen the exact one you want. I will show you various options and weigh your opinions (1st, 2nd choice) to help refine what you want. Once an image is chosen, I will consult with you again on several directions I'm thinking about taking it. The final commissioned image will be in my style, influenced by your input.
The catalogs will be carefully packaged as collectables with plenty of padding and rigidity to protect them. All rewards are guaranteed to arrive in pristine condition.
US standard shipping is included in reward prices. Limited edition photographs are delivered via Priority Mail and take 3 business days for most. Catalogs and cards take 9 days or less. International shipments are sent via first class mail. If you are outside the US and don't want to wait for regular delivery, ask me to quote express delivery.
Available are limited edition archival photographs. This catalog will be the 2018 debut for many designs, each in single size. Once each limited edition is finished, it will not be reprinted. Many of these archival photographs are being first offered here on Kickstarter and will be available to the public in 2018 through major art dealers.
You are reserving your archival photographs before they are available through art dealers. The price you pay reflects this direct-from-artist purchase.
"Limited Edition," is thrown around haphazardly, but it has a legal definition in 11 US states. I take it seriously, producing small numbers of artworks under my direct supervision. I personally inspect, sign, and number each one.
Artists have produced limited edition art for centuries. The process begins by choosing a trusted printmaker. These photographs are made with archival inks and 100% cotton rag paper. The product is acid free and the colors are guaranteed to remain at their original brilliance for at least 150 years. Each photograph is personally inspected by me for quality and consistency before I sign and number it.
The photographs are printed on a very heavy (300 gsm) matte finish papers. The museum-quality process provides dense color coverage that is as opaque and vivid as a painting. These are not posters or homemade; they should be framed or placed into suitable storage for lifetimes of enjoyment.
I work directly with a skilled, local printmaker who specializes in art prints. We work together to ensure each color and small detail appears are exactly as I intend. If anything isn't perfect, we destroy the photograph and make another one. Each image is printed in a single size, strictly limited to the indicated quantity. A certificate of authenticity is included.
"Archival" is an important word for art photography; it means the printing process is chosen for its long-term stability. I researched extensively for the best process, independently tested to last at least 100 years with zero change in color. This doesn't mean they will disappear in 100 years, just when you could start to notice a change. I print with a local expert, using 12-color opaque pigmented inks on acid-free fine art paper. Contact me for more details.
Each hand signed, numbered photograph is an original. The albums/catalogs are reproductions of those originals.
Rest assured that you are buying direct from the artist and all signatures are by me, and not a surrogate (as happens with mass merchandising "art" producers.)
I have a bachelor's degree in art. I studied painting and drawing, but photography became my media of choice. I sell my art through my own website and online dealers. Whenever I can sell my art directly to collectors I enjoy the personal connection to the art's destination. I was recently featured in the print catalog by one of the art dealers and am now creating my own.
It takes me about 40 hours to plan, shoot, and complete each image that becomes a limited edition photograph and the entire process can span more than a year.

Risks and challenges
This is a low risk project. Many of the designs are completed and I am familiar with the production process. In my many projects it is rare to have delays. If it does take a little more time it is to ensure quality. If anything does get off track I keep backers informed.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
