We are pleased to announce that we've reached an agreement with Canonical to deploy Mycroft on the Snappy Ubuntu Core platform.  Adopting Snappy will allow Mycroft to benefit from several emerging Ubuntu containerization and app delivery technologies.

Adopting Snappy will make it easier to scale Mycroft's back end and will facility future ports of Mycroft for desktop and tablet integration.  Our partnership with Canonical is yet another indicator that the future of AI is here and that the future is open source.
