The BikePacks fit to any bike in the market, and are useful across the broad range of genres, from Road touring to MTB expeditions, bikepacking, urban commuting and for everyday use. The BikePack is also perfect for use on eBikes.
Pat Maguire is the founder of Aeroe, and has a history of design and successful innovation, including the popular Freeload bike rack acquired by Thule in 2012 and now sold globally under their famous brand.
The Aeroe team, which is highly experienced in bringing sports product innovations to market, includes our Taiwan based production partners with whom we have had a very successful partnership for more than 10 years.
We now look forward to bringing this exciting innovation to life with your backing and support. Funding raised will be invested in accelerating the production cycle, ensuring the new BikePack range is available in the global market from November 2018. Thank You.
Pledge and get Rewards
As a funding backer of the Aeroe BikePack project, YOU get to customise your own Rewards.
Because we have 7 separate products that make up the BikePack system, we didn't want to pre-bundle rewards, as you need to be able to choose the exact combination of products to suit your bike adventures.
See the REWARD TABLE further down below the product section, with a full explanation on how to choose your rewards then pledge.
If you are really early you have the opportunity to get 40% off retail.
The next level gives you 30% off retail, but if you miss out on both these deals you can still get 20% off retail until June 30 when the project finishes.
All pledges (regardless of reward size and weight), receive a discounted flat rate for shipping worldwide. (NZD25.00)
NOTE:++++++ All Backers get a free Aeroe Wallet (as below) PLUS a further free wallet for every $200 pledged!

The Aeroe BikePack Team
Led by designer and entrepreneur Pat Maguire, the BikePack product development has been achieved by an experienced and dedicated team of people who are passionate about biking, creativity, design and the commercialisation of new sport product innovations.
In particular, we would like to thank the following for their work and committment to the project over the past 12 months: Phil Gallagher, Mike Maguire, Patrick Maguire Jr, Feng Ji Tsai, Mr Wang, Tim Armstrong and Ross MacKay.
We will be talking with you via the Comments and Updates section throughout the campaign, or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org BIKEPACK.COM
The BikePack development began in June 2017, and with 12 months spent on concept, design, prototyping and in-field testing, we are now ready to commence tooling and progress production of the proven BikePack range of products.
While the Kickstarter project is running through June, tooling will be made and off-tool samples will be released for review by the end of July. Following the review and any revisions, the first production run (which will include the Kickstarter rewards), will be completed by the end of September, with bulk shipping during October and individual rewards to each backer occurring during November.
Comprehensive testing of prototypes has been undertaken, with design engineer Phil Gallagher finishing the final in-field tests successfully on the Heaphy Track in New Zealand last month.
120km of off-road mountainous track over 3 days fully loaded. All good!
Risks and challenges
The past 12 months has been used to design, develop, prototype and test the BikePack system comprehensively, so we can progress confidently into the manufacturing stage of the development.
So while we are fully prepared for the tooling and production process to progress smoothly, we are aware of on-going manufacturing challenges that will need to be addressed along the way, that could cause time delays to final production and potentially affect the November planned delivery.
We have built in a 4 week time buffer in the programme to mitigate and absorb this risk, so while we are confident we can meet our targets for production, we will keep backers fully informed of any changes that could affect delivery timing.
