We are currently developing a web application to handle this process efficiently. When the Into the Wintery Gale Kickstarter wraps-up on Friday, April 10, 2015 at 1:32 PM CDT, Kickstarter will begin their process of confirming pledges and charging backers. Once this process completes, we will be sending out our Backer Survey via Kickstarter to gather basic information from backers.
After we have received responses to the Kickstarter Survey providing shipping details for our backers, we will send an update to all backers at the SEER level. This update will provide details on how to access the web application, login, and submit your random event concept.
Once you have submitted your random event concept via the web application, in 2-3 days you will receive an e-mail notification from AAW Games either confirming your concept was accepted (in which case your finished), or requesting you to login to the web application again to view our change suggestion notes and edit your concept before submitting again.
