We believe that Adellos is a pretty unique game and offers a unique gaming experience. Therefore, we want to bring it to as many people as possible and don't want a huge initial barrier for the campaign to succeed. Also, since the base version of the game is already produced, there is no need for a high funding goal in the first place.
This is my very first Kickstarter campaign. That's why I wanted to give me some time to learn as much as I can in the process and fix things on the way. Luckily a good amount of game devs. reached out to me to offer me their advice and experience. I will try to use as much of it as I can, to make this campaign work the best way possible.
The units and event cards are all printed in english. BUT the german translations are all there. Abilities are translated on the player sheets, which provide help as long as you don't know them from memory and the event cards are translated in the rules, which by the way are fully translated into german. To create a fully german version is an optional stretch goal. :)
