I'm 31 years old and originally from a small town called Bunkie, LA. I live with my wife in our tiny home with one bathroom, no dishwasher, and no cable. We don't have the latest smart phones or the latest fashions in clothes. We both drive our same vehicles from college years. We understand the importance of God, family, and friends as well as the importance of working towards a greater goal. I picked up guitar at 18 years old and soon learned music was the career I wanted to pursue. Shortly after my wife and I married 4 years ago, I left my computer job and we moved to New Orleans so I could pursue music full-time.
I worked my way up with zero contacts and knowing no one in the music industry. I've since built a career doing what I love, made it to The Voice, and here I am today still pushing forward. I love music, I need to create music, and I hope to bring positive messages into the world with my music. I hope to inspire others and maybe even comfort them as I have been inspired and comforted by many of my favorite artists. Thank you for supporting my efforts - whether or not that's with a pledge, donation, coming to my shows, or even words of encouragement on social media - every bit is appreciated. Rock on!

Risks and challenges
Recording a professional sounding album is time consuming and costly. Here is brief summary of expenses to show how your support means everything!
Band members: I like to compose intricate and well thought-out rock songs. That means I like to practice and write with my guys a lot. That's hundreds of hours of practice BEFORE we even hit record. These guys should get paid for their time both in and out of the studio.
Studio rental: We have to track drums, bass, guitar, vocals, harmonies, and extras for 11 songs - that takes multiple days in the good quality studio.
Album Producer: This is the guy that advises and pushes the process forward. Producers can absolutely make or break an album, so good ones are worth every penny. I plan to deliver a professional sounding product to you all.
Recording Engineer: Every producer has a guy to handle all of the tech side of things so they can focus on the content.
Mixing Engineer: The person who takes all of your recorded tracks and makes mixes them together. The quality of your songs means nothing if it is not mixed properly.
Mastering Engineer: The last guy in the process takes the overall finished album and puts a final and necessary polish on it. This ensures that the album is heard consistently on various platforms.
Album Art and Mass Production: Art is needed for the cover, CD case, and inside booklet to create professional look for major retailers. Then it comes time to order large quantities of the albums for distribution.
In short, it takes an entire team of professionals to create a quality album. With your contributions, I plan on delivering a rock album like no other! I cannot wait to share these songs with you. Let's do this, y'all!Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
