I think that, given how many possible worlds could be implemented, an expanded world building chapter might be a nice stretch goal if this goes beyond the 33k goal. It would be nice to be able to just take the Valdemar map, look at the city locations, and then use a template to generate the world as we play it with simple to follow charts and such. Who knows, maybe someone will use such a chapter to create an entire book of worlds based on your system.
I think the secret goal will be unlocked before we know what it is. And I really hope an avatar world wins, I want to fight a polar bear-dog.
@AJ, Micheal- Night Angel shouldn't be too complex to make. I'm still sad though, because it's an awesome system.
Well that's 3 people at least who would like to see Valdemar, so maybe if we hit the stretch goal for an additional world it might be put back in as an option for voting? I can easily see this project reaching the 30k goal of that tier at least.
Agreed AJ, I think that system would have much more body than some of these others. I could be argued that there are similarities to the Jedi but I don't buy that.
I hope that Sanderson's systems are still under consideration as sources
I assume no one actually reads good literature (i.e. The Wheel of Time/The Name of the Wind)....
Valdemar was my first choice :-(
At least they kept superheroes :-)
My first choice world Valdemar was pulled, not sure of reason.
Also a shame the Valdemar series got pulled, but at least FF7 is still in.
Really rather sad to see that Brent Week's Night Angel Trilogy was removed from the voting so early... Most likely due to it being reasonable obscure yet awesome.
