Hello, everyone.

Four items:

1. Bibliotheca Is Home

I have very much enjoyed seeing Bibliotheca make its way across the US and into many of your homes. Although I held the final product several weeks ago, it has never felt more finished than in the past few days as I’ve seen photos of you – the ones who supported this vision over two years ago – holding it in your hands and placing it on your shelves.

And if your books haven’t come yet, hold tight – they’ll arrive soon.

2. Huffington Post

If you’re interested, the Huffington Post recently published a nice write-up about Bibliotheca.

3. Practical Advice

The best way to get the books out of the slipcase is to plant your thumbs on the top corners of the slipcase, lightly press your fingers on both sides of the books, and pull them all out together, like so:

 

4. Introduction, Acknowledgements, & Colophon

There’s an insert at the front of the New Testament that directs you to the web address where the introduction to Bibliotheca will be posted. We’ll have that up before the New Year. It will outline the various aspects of the project – most of which you’ll already be familiar with if you’ve been following the updates (though you may want a refresher) – but it will give special attention to the featured translation, a new revision of the American Standard Version of 1901. I’ll send out a link when that’s published.

In the meantime, the Acknowledgements and Colophon can be found at the back of the New Testament.

      Where is my personalized library emboss? No communications on this other than for you to say 6 months ago..."Adam Greene will be sending out an update SOON....REALLY????????????
      I will try Facebook, Twitter and Instagram to see if I can get someone to honor their commitment to provide one to me. It appears this company may have gone dark....Sad!

      Seems like a lot of people in the US are still waiting...including me :( I tried to contact customer service but received a canned response that didn't pertain to my issue, and then no responses to me after that..........

      I received it and it is one of the most amazing set of books I have ever read!!! You have all outdone every single goal and promise you have made. You have actually created a new historical writing of the most important book mankind has every had. God bless all of you!

      I received mine days after contacting them via the email on their website. The set is beautiful and worth it. Contact the orders email on their website!

      I still have not heard anything about my USA order. My address and email are correct and have been from day one. Nothing is in my spam folder. No one is responding my my messages, emails or comments. All of my friends have had their sets for a month. I am really getting disappointed with this process. At this point I am feeling like the money was simply stolen from since no one will even respond to my inquiry about my order.

      I'd love an update on how long it will be until Australian orders will be shipped.

      I have yet to hear anything about my order here in Wisconsin. I have not received the email in my inbox or spam. Can you please send it again or simply ship the items to my address as listed on my account?

      Does the Australia shipment include New Zealand, or are they separate?

      Got mine! Got both of mine (one ordered from Kickstarter and the other from bibliotheca.co), actually, at the same time. The "confirm address" email was sitting in my Google Updates inbox for nearly a week for one shipment, and another in Social. So, if you haven't gotten an email saying "you need to open this before we can ship to you", check your various emails. I'm super happy.

      We are also eager to fully assist anyone with outstanding order concerns. Although we desire flawless shipping and all orders to be accurate, we are not able to avoid the rare order complication through our various partners and the postal service—but please be confident that we are working hard to bridge that gap so every single person has the best possible experience, the correct order, and all items in perfect condition.


      Please also know that our support email (support@bibliotheca.co) continues to be the best and only place we can guarantee a reply at this time. Also, please do not send several messages about the same issue as it may slow down your resolution process.


      If you are still waiting to hear about your order status & have not gotten an email with tracking details yet, please look for the emails from "Bibliotheca Address Confirmation" through confirmation@bibliotheca.co in the email account you used to place your order(s). We have now sent that email over 8 times to anyone who has not yet opened it to confirm their addresses. One of these confirmation emails must be opened for your address to be confirmed and your order to be shipped. Also shipments from our Hong Kong and Australia fulfillment centers will start shipping in mid January and will arrive soon after.

      Received an email stating that the package was shipped, which including a link for FedEx tracking. Received an email again after delivery stating that the package was delivered, again with a FedEx tracking link

      I liked it more than my friends, but we all agreed the story was good but the characters were weak. The last 20 minutes or so was excellent!

      Received one case on Saturday and another was on my porch chair as I walked out my front door this morning! So excited. I waited for the books to acclimate before opening because it's been so cold lately. But the look, the feel, the weight is all perfect. I've begun reading and look forward to spending many years in this collection and eventually passing them to my children. Thank you so much!!!
