ABXCORE is the next generation of abdominal fitness devices. Life today is about maintaining a healthy lifestyle – It is very common for people to associate 6 pack abs or a flat stomach with being physically fit and healthy and having a strong core. These days, as our lives become increasingly sedentary, we spend more and more time sitting, with our core muscles relaxed. This sedentary time happens at home, in vehicles and at work. Reversing the trend to exclude a less sedentary lifestyles is a challenge; A vital part of meeting that challenge is ABXCORE: it will make help you engage those core muscles that are normally relaxed while you are sitting.
By locking the resistance mechanism, ABXCORE will isolate your muscle groups: obliques, lower abs and rectus abdomens while controlling your range of motion and helping you build excellent core strength. ABXCORE has also been studied and engineered to work all of your abs muscle along with the lower back without putting any strain on your back and neck. It works your disparities while maintaining your comfort level, whether you're a professional athlete or just beginning your fitness regime.

ABXCORE has assembled a team of international professionals, experts in their own fields: 4 engineers, 2 designers, a human performance team to analyze the device: To give u the best effective workout and the perfect movement, constituted by an orthopedic surgeon, a chiropractor, a sport scientist, a professional strength and conditioning coach with the goal to create the best abs products that works for all body types, sizes and fitness levels.
We have been working on designing and testing for almost three years, trying different designs, testing different mechanism, positioning, pads, finding the best angle position and the best stroke.
Finally, we are happy to bring you ABXCORE MEN AND ABXCORE WOMEN! We're ready for production and need your support to bring ABXCORE to the market.
- Here is the USC study proving the performance and efficiency of ABXCORE. It shows that using this technique is safe for the back (Multifidus and Longissimus) and neck while activating your abs muscle. Additionally, it emphasizes the positive performance results and the effectiveness of isolating specific muscle groups compared to a traditional sit up.
*All exercises were performed with ABXCORE in two different positions: sitting and lying down. Using the resistance locking mechanism to isolate these specific muscle group: lower abs/upper abs and obliques (internal/external). This data was then compared to a traditional sit up.
The resistance during the testing was only 7lbs which means that if we increase the resistance level, the muscle activity will increase too!
Almost 35% more efficient with ABXCORE than a traditional sit-up in a lying position and still working at more than 60% of muscle activity in a sitting position with ABXCORE. Perfect for people who are unable to workout lying down! The rectus abdominis will help you to flex the spinal column in addition to stabilizing the trunk during movements involving the extremities and head which play a big role in the respiration.
Fifteen percent more efficient in a sitting position with ABXCORE and almost 80% more efficient in a lying position with ABXCORE compared to a regular sit up! The external obliques is one of the largest parts of the human torso. It helps you pull the chest downwards and compress the abdominal cavity while contributing to the spinal stability.
Ten percent more efficient in a sitting position with ABXCORE and 100% more efficient in a lying position. (Almost 200% muscle activity with the obliques movement in a lying position & almost 110% muscle activity in a sitting position compared to a regular sit-up) equal two times more efficient while lying with ABXCORE! Internal Obliques are involved in flexing the spinal column, sideways bending, trunk rotation and compressing the abdomen. Both the right and left internal oblique also work to stabilize the spine and to increase pressure on the abdominal cavity (where your digestive organs are) and the thoracic cavity (where heart and lungs are). The increased pressure from the abdominals provides tension to aid in digestion and respiration.
Almost 400% regular muscle activity in a sitting position with ABXCORE and a 500% muscle activity in a lying position; This means that you are working 300% more than a traditional sit up just by sitting and 400% more lying with ABXCORE ! Four times more efficient with ABXCORE while seated and five times more efficient while lying down, it will help you increase the strength of your hip flexors. The hip flexor is a major stabilizer of the lower body, it helps you avoid lower back pain, hip pain, poor balance and postural problem. Strong and stable hip flexors promote a faster and more powerful forward leg movement and upward knee drive.
Eighty percent less activity in a sitting position with ABXCORE and around 55% less activity in a lying position with ABXCORE compared to a traditional sit up. The study results reveal that ABXCORE is safe for your upper and lower back as it maximizes the effectiveness of your abdominal workout.
- Where we are at: We spent over $80,000 of our own money more than three years ago working on this project. The ABXCORE that you see in the video IS A REAL WORKING PROTOTYPE! ~BASIC ABXCORE EXERCISE GUIDE~
For each exercise always grab the 2 handles, place the 2 upper pads between your chest and shoulders (deltoid/anterior-middle and pectoralis), the 2 lower pads should be placed on your legs.
When using the removable arm, only 1 pad is placed on the upper body and 1 pad is placed on one leg depending on the exercise.
Upper abs (upper rectus abdominis): Use the 2 upper resistance by pressing the upper pads at the same time while locking the 2 lower resistance mechanism = CRUNCH + RESISTANCE
In a sitting position hold the handles and completely press the 2 upper resistances.
In a lying position hold the handles and raise your chest by compressing both resistances at the same time.
Lower abs (lower rectus abdominis) : use the 2 lower resistances by pressing the lower pads at the same time while blocking the 2 upper resistance = REVERSE CRUNCH + RESISTANCE
In a sitting position raise your heels up while keep touching the ground with the tip of your toes: This will allow you to bring your knees up working your lower abs and calves by compressing the 2 lower resistance.
In a lying position bend your knees at a 90 degree position and bring your knees back until you've completely compressed the 2 lower resistance.
Working upper and lower abs at the same time: use the 2 lower and upper resistance at the same time without locking any resistance mechanisms = CRUNCH COMBINE WITH REVERSE CRUNCH + RESISTANCE (double crunches)
Complete obliques (twisting movement): use 1 upper and 1 opposite lower resistance at the same time while blocking the 2 others opposite sides.

Upper obliques: use 1 upper resistance at a time while locking both lower resistance.
In a sitting position hold the handles and completely press only 1 upper resistance.
In a lying position hold the handles and raise your chest by compressing 1 resistance at a time.
Lower obliques & Hip flexor: use 1 lower resistance while locking both upper resistance.
In a sitting position hold the handles and completely press 1 lower resistance by raising one heel at a time while the tip of your toe touches the ground.
In a lying position hold the handles and raise your chest by completely compressing only 1 resistance at a time.
Isolate abs muscle to reduce disparities: this exercise consists of blocking three mechanism resistances and working one side at the time; It results in four different exercises.
Isometric abs or static contraction: use by pressing the four resistances at the same time and holding the movement.
- The same for the obliques; holding only 2 opposite resistance mechanisms while 2 are blocked.
- The same exercise for one side at a time.
All these exercises can be done in various type of environments: Chair, bench, mat, half ball - - So many different combinations - you won't get bored!
Risks and challenges
The major part of the challenges have been met. We have fully working prototypes in hand and are adjusting the finishing touches for the design. We have tested ABXCORE with athletes as well as people facing injuries. ABXCORE has also been tested for endurance: Its components are very resistant to high intensity and high repetitions and can withstand the stresses of daily use.
We have also tested the prototypes with USC to guarantee you proven results. In the videos and photos THIS IS NOT merely renderings but real life product results. However, in fitness technology/design product, there could always be speed bumps in the road and unforeseeable factors such as delays in delivery and certifications.

Reliable supply chain management is critical to the success of ABXCORE. There are a lot of parts that need to be assembled and we have a manufacture ready to take the orders and provide us with the best service.
