The Wod Diary is a physical journal that will help you plan your goals, record your progress, and become the best version of yourself. It has been specially designed for people like you who practice Crossfit but also, for anyone who would like to take their training to the next level.
We have no doubt that training requires planning ahead and spotting your weaknesses to be able to overcome them. After a few years of training we decided to create our own diary to track our progress and plan our short and long term goals in order to commit and be aware of our next steps heading us to acknowledge our growth. Due to our successful results we decided to share it with you.
Athletes feedback was our input to improve and develop this diary. We wanted to keep it simple. We hope you use this book to optimize your training and focus on what matters: stop comparing yourself with others and start competing with yourself.

Risks and challenges
Manufacturing a high-quality journal like this is a big undertaking that involves a lot of scheduling, prep time and extremely high attention to detail. We'll be working with a few manufacturers for the different parts of the journal to ensure all parts are arranged properly, from getting the right premium paper to the navy cloth cover to the bookmark materials to the packaging materials.
