Devil's Advocate is a table top card game designed for parties of 4-16 people. It draws inspiration from: Would You Rather?, Poker, Rock-Paper-Scissors and people who like to argue on Facebook (everyone).
Inside and out, Devil's Advocate is a beautifully designed card game. You'll be proud to display it on your shelf, and even prouder when you use the game to prove to your friends how much better at arguing you are. The final deck will be composed of 504 poker-sized playing cards inside a boldly colored box. Those choosing the "Hellfire Package" will receive additional items (see rewards section).
Like most creative products, Devil's Advocate is a combination of many ideas. In terms of game mechanics, the reason DA is superior to other games on the market is that it requires each player to be involved in every round. And because it's not a winner take all scenario during each of those rounds, all players will feel motivated to participate throughout the entire game. Why Pledge Now
Supporting this Kickstarter will ensure Devil's Advocate becomes a reality. And by backing it here and now, not only will you be getting it for less than retail, but the first 1000 backers will also get the game before the holidays.

Risks and challenges
Paper cuts. Lots of paper cuts. But seriously, this is a pretty simple project for anyone who is good at planning ahead (which I am). I have the designs, I have a local printer in Chicago, and I have a partner for distribution. My biggest challenge is getting these games to everyone before the holidays, but assuming the funding is on course mid-way through I'll get started early on printing before the campaign is even over. As you can imagine, small delays may pop-up here and there, but my aim is to make sure that the first 1000 backers get this game before they slice the first Christmas ham, light the first Hanukkah candle, or perform the first feat of strength for Festivus.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
