Any news for Mobile Frame One?
Is anyone else still waiting on their t-shirts? Joshua had responded to me back in August that they were an issue he was trying to resolve but since then I've heard/received nothing.
Still never received anything from this KS. Still waiting. Sent emails, no replies.
I've just emailed you. Hopefully, it went to the correct address.
Thanks Joshua, will do. As an indie games publisher myself, I appreciate it can be a pain when this happens.
(my address is my first name at my publishing company, which you can see under my picture on the right.)
Let's figure out what happened. Most likely, I'm gonna give up and just send you another copy, but can you email me and we'll sort out what we can?
I'm reluctantly posting a message here out of sheer desperation. My delivery (to the UK) appears to have gone AWOL. I emailed MakeThatThing on July 26, but have not received a reply.
Any help folk here can provide would be much appreciated.
Is there anyplace on the net I can find instructions for how to build the weapons on page 198? I've been stumped on how to build the Rainmaker artillery piece for hours now! I love the decals, btw. Totally worth the wait! Glad I got plenty with my two books. :-D
Nope. Despite my best efforts.
Are you at GenCon? A dear friend of mine is there and could pick up the tee from you. Please message me.
Kairam, it was sent several weeks ago. I'm almost out of shirts, so if its lost and no more remain in your size, I'm happy to send you a refund.
John, that there is the trouble and blessing of brothers!
ooops looks like all pieces are there my little brother never told me he had opened some and put them in another box so very happy now :).
got my book and t-shirt today made up with the book but when i came to make the 5 units in the book with my garage kit i did not have enough pieces to make one of the mechs let alone 5 of them .i got the kit last year and put it away waiting for tis great day and am now sadly let down :( has anyone else had this happen with there garage kits?
Still no t-shirt.
I am *squeee*-ing in a sombre and manly manner from my groove around the mail box. :)
Thanks a pile, Daniel! I daren't look at my hourly rate.
Nik, your stuff is slowly working its way around the planet.
I do not even generally play tabletop tactics miniature games. However, the fellows at Glyphpress have done their job and delivered on a product as promised. As with most game developers, you were not paid enough, and most likely worked for an end pay of something along the lines of $2-3 an hour to deliver. Congratulations, and I feel like my money was well spent supporting you guys.
Still waiting, still excited. Must look like an idiot to my neighbours the way I'm pacing around the mailbox. :)
Oh, dammit! No, give it to a good home and keep the decals for yourself!
So I picked up my book at PAX, and I just received another one in the mail with the decals. You want me to mail the second one back to you?
Glad you like the decals! That was a ridiculous amount of work to get those working right!
Got my book! Decals look great after all that meshugaas. Well done, well done...
Aaron, great! We were just this minute trying to figure out if yours had shipped.
Dave, that typo has induced a change of policy in my little publishing company: the last thing you do before sending the book to press is check the first page for typos. There is ALWAYS a typo on the first page. Sometimes it gets caught incidentally in the proof, sometimes it doesn't.
I think it's because we've already read the first page so many times, we can't read it any more. But surely we can read that one page one last time.
Just got shipping confirmation of my book and decals today...
I'm in CA and received my books last week. The quality is really nice and I'm starting to read through it. I was a little surprised to find a typo on the very first page of the story, but I'm also a little picky like that. :)
Have all $50 rewards shipped or are they going out in batches?
Got my shirt and book. The book is much nicer than I expected, great art, layout, and materials. Thanks for following through!
Got my shirt and my copy today! Can't wait to play it!
Got my books and decals. Everything looks great! Love the format of the book. My boys and I thank you! Time to blow some stuff up....
I still have nothing. This is getting old.
If I haven't received the three hardcopy books I pledged for yet, should I assume it's because the decals have not been finalized?
Still no book yet. Keeping fingers crossed for soon! :)
Kairam, no one has t shirts yet. Not even me.
No t-shirt yet.
Still nothing. I can live without the decals
I'm in IL and no e-mail and no book. Have left a pm for Joshua Newman, have posted in the updated section - no response. Posting here with fingers crossed. Waiting to play the game for a while now!
Anyone in CA get their book yet?
I too have received my copies here in the UK! I'm really impressed, great work!
Books arrived just before my birthday, and they look great!
On an unrelated note, I'm off to the LEGO store on Saturday ;-)
Awesome just got my book in the mail . . . great work! :-)
Oh, hey! Kickstarter fixed a thing!
Mike, I'm waiting on decals. You'll get an announcement when they're flying off!
Brett, you can always download from here: http://mobileframezero.com/mfz/thanks/
Paul, I have pledged to myself not to work on it until I have MFØ:Rapid Attack stomping off on its own.
Mike, please pm me. It's faster for me to look up individual weirdnesses from a pm.
I still havent received an email or my book. Can you please give me an update?
Joshua - Firstly, I got my physical copy of the game in the post, and it looks great. Thanks to everyone for all their hard work in pulling this together. On a 'next step' note (or did I miss something note), when can we expect to see the $50K stretch goal RPG - "The first way to thank you is that, because we reached $50,000(!!!), I am now pledged to write and design the Mobile Frame Zero roleplaying game."? - Paul
Have the PDF versions been sent out yet?
Just wanted to let you know that my book came through (mainland UK) - not had chance to go though it yet, got to get kids to bed first .....

Hey, Russell, I actually want to put together a quick reference PDF download. What do you wish was on there?
