I am going to create 30 blocks in the 30 days of November. Why? Because I made a block for a craft fair and I couldn't stop. I am starting this project to fund my new addiction and I am looking for enablers to fund my fix. No, I don't sniff the glue, in fact, my allergies don't find the glue all that enjoyable.
I want to use found items, recycled items, pretty things, witty sayings. Heck, whatever I am in the mood to do will be done. And let me tell ya, working on a 2" x 2" space is tough stuff. The thrill of conveying a feeling on six sides of a tiny little thing explains my rush, right? Or am I just a dork?
Anyway, I hope I make 30 blocks that speak to you. Or I hope some of my blocks speak to some of you.
Risks and challenges
The risk is burning myself with a hot glue gun. Seriously, the risk is being too tired to make something worthy of the project. As an artist I have my bad days where the oomph is missing. The challenge will be to overcome it and to remind myself that if I don't like it, it's not finished.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
