Replantable is an urban agriculture startup in Atlanta, GA. It was created by Alex Weiss and Ruwan Subasinghe, two Georgia Tech grads who were frustrated by how far produce has to travel before it ends up on our plate.
The nanofarm was conceived as a tool that allows people to have home-grown food even if they lack the time or space for a garden. Alex and Ruwan hope that by letting people grow their own food, we'll all be able to eat fresher food and reduce the waste that comes along...
