For years I've been dreaming up this project and after receiving a donation of an 8-passenger RV a few months ago we have been working on this USA national tour/road trip with the goal of highlighting, sharing, and creatively capturing all the good things happening around our country as well as throwing events bringing together like-hearted and minded individuals to celebrate the good in each city and connect people with the same end goal in mind of making a difference and spreading hope!
We will be stopping in 10 cities, over 10 weeks, and tracking 10,000 miles in this RV!
The mission: celebrate and highlight the good within your city and build a community around giving back and serving locally!
There will be 4 core people living in the RV the entire trip but throughout the whole tour, other storytellers and influencers will be joining in and out!
Below are just a handful of our bloggers, YouTubers, speakers, filmmakers, and creatives!
WHO WE ARE
We've assembled a team of dreamers, doers and life livers who value a life of purpose. We have a storytelling squad that will be joining us on tou and helping spread the message of good. See some of our crew below, and look out for special appearances! See more on team on our website.
Why are we doing this?
My name is BC Serna, I'm an international storyteller that travels the world looking for positive stories to tell and amazing non-profits to highlight. I do this because I want to build a bridge between the good in the world and everyday people. I've spent the last 10 years working on this and now it's time to share it with others! With this tour, I hope to bring together like-minded and hearted individuals to come together and build a more hopeful and positive future!
How will we do this?
We have received a donation of a 2015 8-passenger RV van that we plan to travel across the country with.
In order to do this, we need to raise money to fund the road trip, create community events in your cities, and produce weekly content for you to follow along with us and be inspired by all the amazing things happening in our country!

Risks and challenges
We took on The Traveling Good to be ambitious and we know that with big ambition comes potentials risks and challenges.
For us, this could be running out of gas, or having the RV breakdown along the way. This would add incremental costs and slow down our tour dates, potentially causing us to miss events or meet-ups. To avoid this, we have staffed the RV with 4-8 members to rotate in along the way. If we do run into maintenance trouble, we are prepared to send our core event members on flights to ensure we hit event deadlines. In the meantime, our other team members will ensure the RV gets back up to speed and will meet us in the next city they can get to.
We also have 4-8 road members on tour for 2 months. This means people could get sick, fight or have personal life issues come up and detract them from the tour. We have set-up rotational RV schedules for our core team that will allow them to fly in and out when their "shift" in the RV comes to an end. We also have team members in each city where we are hosting events and meet-ups that are planning each detail and ensuring the events run to plan.Learn about accountability on Kickstarter
