Fulfillment Update

Posted by Axis Mundi (Creator)

Good day, brave warriors!

These weeks have been crazy, since we are working every day with the manufacturer for the production's end. The production took more time than what we expected, and while we didn't want to risk quality issues by making hurry to the manufacturer, we followed them very closely to make sure things were done correctly.

Now we are about to face the greatest enemy of the export business: Chinese New Year.

Starting from February 15th, the entire country will stop to allow workers to spend time with their families. Unfortunately, if the manufacturer doesn't ship the game in time, this would affect us with more delay, and in the worst case it will be around 2/3 weeks!

Unluckily, this is completely out of our control, but since the production ended last week we're now soliciting everyday our manufacturer to do everything to ship the game before Chinese New Year!

Rise your hands to the sky and give us you energy! Let's cross fingers like never before and hope they will ship in time!

As soon as we receive any news, we'll make another update!
Please do not hesitate to ask us if you have any question!

      Thanks, dear friends.
While we know that delays are quite common for kickstarter standards, we are trying since our very first project to give you a customer service to be proud of.

Rushing things would have been a risk for the quality, and that's something we could never accept: Daimyo's Fall succeded in its first launch because its high quality standards, and so it must be as physical product.

The manufacturer sent us today an email with some minor updates, they're working to ship the games in time, let's wait and see if they will be able to.

Thanks so much for everything, you're all awesome!

By kickstarter standards, 2 or 3 weeksof delay is on time. 8-)

Crossing my fingers that everything works out for you, but lets face it, even if it really comes down to a delay of maybe 2-3 weeks, i still dont think people will put it against you.

First you always gave us news, you the first delay wasnt because you werent ready but because you wanted to update the quality.

I know i sound like an fanatic, but i am honest, you said you wanted to fullfill in January 18 - February 18 just started and if it takes until April 18 (without your fault) you are in my eyes still absolutly in time for such a project. Hell i am still waiting for one of the first projects i ever backed and that has to be 5 years now XD

So again crossing all my fingers for you and that your dream comes true and it will be shipped out in time. And Congrats for nearly reaching the last milestone on this journey :-)

Whatever happens, happens! No worries if it take some time. Also, that's a hilarious drawing and fits perfectly!
