What you have just seen could be the prelude to a combat in Duel Fighters.
Duel Fighters is a game of cinematic type combats between highly detailed 75mm miniatures.
In contrast to other war-games, where you might field dozens or even hundreds of figures,in Duel Fighters the manageable scale and the reduced number of miniatures allows players to choose from a much greater range of options and actions, providing you with a range and depth of combat that you would usually only find in typical classic fantasy medieval RPGs.
The key cornerstone of our game is the large scale fully detailed miniatures, as well as the day to day objects that surround them.
Have you always wanted to be able to kick that rum barrel into your opponent or throw sand in his eyes to win a few precious seconds to finish him off?
Then this is the game you have been waiting for! Duel Fighters is a fast-paced game between two duellists that lasts for approximately 45 minutes …… or prior to that if you are DEFEATED!
We wanted to create and reflect in this game all the dynamism of movement, skill and dirty tricks that we have all seen in our favourite movies, right down to those epic “This is the end for you” dialogues that all archenemies deliver when the hero is facing his doom, and that very often end with yet another defeated villain.
Our intention was to create an easy to use game system, with fast and direct one-on-one game- play, where survival depends on the way that you understand and master your fighters. There is no room for average warriors here, only heroes fight on Duel Fighters.
We believe that we have managed to achieve what we set out to do and following on from our initial success with our previous releases we want you to be a part of and collaborate with us in bringing Duel Fighters to a wider audience, where survival means winning every time!!!

Lisbeth, along with her twin brother Lesdinn, was born on the darkest of all nightsunder the symbol of the tenth planet, Vhagdhu, deity of the Death Star. Unlike her brother, who was born and lives for combat, Lisbeth was small and weak and was always under Lesdinn’s protecting wing. However, dark magic flowed through her veins and as she grew so did her powers. Lisbeth was anointed as Vhagdhu’s chosen one, the high priestess of the Drow Death Cult, “SHE” who would bring back to the world…The True Reign of Death!

His progress in the Order of the Internal Voice, the most secret and powerful group of wizards of the Kingdom of Vilhum, was meteoric.
"The north wind in your face, hearing the ancient mountains speak, galloping across the steppe, and feeling the warmth of your prey’s blood seeping out from beneath your feet, that is the essence of life".
The nomads of the great steppe are a tough people, accustomed to the worst weather and auncaring and cruel life. They hunt to live, and as such, the killer instinct runs through their veins. Legend says that no beast exists that the steppe-dwellers haven’t hunted. As tradition dictates, before a member of the tribe can become an adult, they have to abandon the great steppe, their land, and The People to seek a prey that would make them worthy of the honour of being part of their people and the circle of hunters and warriors, the Pack, or die with honour in the attempt.
Deretor, the Lord of the Abyss, has been fighting for longer than any mortal being. He has faced-offed against all conceivable rivals and his only reason for living is to make war. Although humanoid in appearance, the abyssal creatures are not considered human as such or even alive in the sense that we understand.
On the battlefield Deretor strikes with his sword and uses all of his power backed up by his massive armor to crush his opponents, and if in addition he has his shield there is hardly any combat technique capable of opening up a hole in his defences.
Hallothon is a master of the surprise attack. Even though he is a skilled warrior, he is at his most lethal when the enemy least expects it. The scimitar favoured by Hallothon is light and easy to handle and becomes an extremely lethal weapon in the hands of this killer Elf. He employs a lateral strike that is impossible to anticipate when swapping the scimitar between hands.
Although the Elves do not tend to be very hardy beings, their agility is their strong point. It is extremely difficult to get through his guard in single combat.
By nature they are very agile and graceful creatures. These two features make them the perfect race for ambushes and assassinations.
Brock uses his enormous brute strength to ram into his enemies. With a lightning quick movement, Brock wields his axe with one hand to deliver a crushing blow to which any resistance is useless. His fearsome hammer causes panic and terror among his enemies, while it spits out a mixture of fire and lava accompanying each of his devastating blows.
In the middle of a fight and even at the risk of exposing his body to his opponent’s weapons, Brock will launch himself on his opponent and take him into a brutal bear hug out of which it is impossible to escape.
The temperament and the brutality of the nomads of the North make these beings hardy warriors as well as ideal mercenaries.
Lesdinn’s speed and dexterity, as displayed in combat, leaves his opponent breathless and makes it impossible to follow his movements and much less study his fighting techniques.
When he is outfitted with his Ashoraii swords, his attack tends to be fast and lethal. He is capable, after the initial thrust; of rapidly getting a new strike in and taking his opponent by surprise. Additionally, by taking advantage of dynamic defensive strategies, Lesdinn is capable of instantly directing another lethal attack against his opponent.
Shargh has great physical strength and a very hard head. He is an extraordinary enemy in combat due to the sheer volume and size of his body and the profound hate and contempt that he feels towards his rival.
Defending himself Shargh is as immovable as a mountain. His opponent's actions are nothing more to him than pebbles bouncing off a wall. Orc warriors are not very smart beings, however when there is an opportunity for a good fight they give everything without thinking of the consequences.
Harald’s dexterity with the sword and axe is widely known. He is a warrior motivated by a profound fervour, ingenious and able to take advantage of the most adverse situations.
Making maximum use of both weapons, this Crusader uses a continuous overlapping attack with sword and axe that few rivals can stand up to. When defending himself, Harald is capable of performing a quick movement with his axe, disarming and subsequently bringing down his opponent.

Risks and challenges
Our biggest risks are:
• Unexpected production issues in China.
• Additional work related to the stretch goals.
• Timely release.
All components shown are prototypes and may suffer variations during production.
Unexpected problems affect us all, but we are well situated to closely monitor the production in China – We have more tan 10 years experience working with China and know the business culture well.
We have contacted our suppliers and have set a production schedule and costs for various scenarios of the Kickstarter campaign, from a simple success to "beat all the records".
We also have an important advantage which is having all the miniature designs and the phisical prototypes so, we can start the production of these miniatures the next day after the campaign finishes.
It is impossible to predict how many of our stretch goals will be funded. Work has started on some and we do not expect the early stretch goals to affect the delivery deadline. However, a large list of stretch goals will generate extra work that may take some extra time to complete.
