Mystery Artist Revealed!

Did you happen to stop by the Kickstarter page today? If you didn’t, here’s the big news: we’ve revealed our Mystery Artist for Horizons, and it’s Ctrl+Alt+Del’s Tim Buckley! Tim is one of the most popular artists in his field and a very clever guy. We can't thank Tim’s enough for the support he has given us.

This is Tim’s take on Efreet, a classic Alteil card. Pretty awesome, huh?

In the next couple days, we’ll be posting a video of Tim’s creative process - you’ll get to see what goes into creating sweet digital game art. Keep checking back in and you’ll see it soon.

Also, we posted Horizons on IndieDB today. Check out our listing at http://www.indiedb.com/games/alteil-horizons - pageviews affect our ranking (we think), and we need your help to climb up!

Finally, the Alteil Tour had another stop on Tuesday at Boston’s Good Life Game Night. It was a great evening of Magic drafting, drinks and snacks, and of course, introducing gamers to Horizons:

To those of you we met there - thanks a ton for your interest and support! Seeing you get enthused about Horizons absolutely made our night. Hopefully we’ll be back soon with a playable demo - or a beta - or maybe even a full-blown launch party. Any launch party will hinge on your support, though. If you keep getting the word out about Horizons and help us get the Kickstarter funded, we’ll have a hoedown the likes of which Lavato has never seen...
